Dalam tugas akhir ini penulis mengambil judul “Pengaruh CR dan DER terhadap ROE Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sub-sektor Makanan & Minuman Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2015 - 2018. Masalah yang diteliti dalam penyusunan Tugas Akhir ini adalah pengaruh variabel CR dan DER terhadap ROE pada periode 2015 sampai dengan 2018 dengan melihat hubungan dan besarnya pengaruh Current Ratio (CR) dan Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap Return On Equity (ROE). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana hubungan antara CR dan DER dengan ROE serta seberapa besar pengaruh variabel CR dan DER terhadap variabel ROE pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sub-sektor Makanan dan Minuman. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analisis dan metode verifikatif analisis. Metode deskriptif analisis yaitu suatu metode yang menjelaskan fenomena yang terjadi pada objek yang diteliti berdasarkan data yang telah dikumpulkan. Metode verifikatif analisis yaitu metode yang digunakan untuk menguji dugaan dengan uji hipotesis dengan perhitungan statistik. Alat analisis yang penulis gunakan adalah analisis korelasi, analisis regresi berganda, dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan variabel CR berpengaruh signifikan positif terhada variabel ROE dengan level signifikasi kurang dari 0,05 yaitu sebesar 0,007, sedangkan variabel DER tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROE dengan level signifikasi lebih besar dari 0,05 yaitu sebesar 0,420. Sementara secara simultan variabel CR dan DER berpengaruh terhadap ROE dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 23% artinya variabel CR dan DER mempengaruhi ROE hanya sebesar 23%, sisanya 77% dipengaruhi faktor lainnya.

In this Final Project, the author taking the title "Influance of CR and DER on ROE in Food & Beverage Sub-sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2018". The problems in this Final Project is how the effect of CR and DER variables on ROE in the period 2015 to 2018 seen relation and how big the influence of Current Ratio (CR) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) on Return On Equity (ROE). This research purpose is to find out the correlation between variable of CR and DER with ROE and the influence between the correlation behind to Food & Beverage Sub-sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research used descriptive analysis method and verificative analysis method. Descriptive analysis is a method that used to explain the phenomena that occur on objects that are based on data that was collected. Verificative analysis is a method that is used to test the allegations with a hypothetical calculation of statistics. From the results of the analysis show that the CR variable has a significant positive effect on the ROE variable with a significance level of less than 0.05, which is 0.007, while the DER variable has no significant effect on ROE with a significance level greater than 0.05, which is 0.196. While simultaneous CR and DER variables affect ROE with a coefficient of determination of 23% means that the CR and DER variables affect ROE by only 23%, the remaining 77% is influenced by other factors.
