Tugas Akhir yang penulis susun berjudul "Pengaruh Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) Terhadap Harga Saham Pada Perusahaan-Perusahaan Sektor Wholesale And Retail Trade yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2008-2010". Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh DER terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan-perusahan sektor wholesale and trade retail yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 200-2010. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan-perusahaan go public yang terdaftar dan tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2008-2010, yaitu sebanyak 474 perusahaan, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan-perusahaan sektor wholesale and retail trade yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2008-2010 yang memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan, yaitu sejumlah 20 perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan alat analisis data dengan regresi linier sederhana, dibantu dengan sofware PASW Statistics versi 18. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, didapat bahwa DER berpengaruh, tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan-perusahaan sektor wholesale and retail trade yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2008-2010. The final project which has been written by the author entitled "The influence of Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) On stock price in the companies of wholesale and retail trade sector listed on BEI period 2008-2010". The purpose of this arrangement is to figure out the influence of DER to the price of shares in the wholesale and retail trade company in BEI period 2008-2010. The population used in this final project were go public companies listed and written on Indonesia stock exchange period 2008 to 2010, there were 474 companies, and the sample used in this final project were the wholesale and retail trade companies on the Indonesia stock exchange period 2008 to 2010, there were 20 companies. In the research, the author used simple linier regression analysis helped by PASW Statistics version 18 as the analysis tools. Based on the research, itÃâs obtained that DER has no significant influence on stock price in the wholesale and retail trade companies on the Indonesia stock exchange in the period 2008-2010.d retail trade companies on the Indonesia stock exchange in the period 2008-2010.
