Disiplin kerja merupakan perilaku yang sangat penting bagi tercapainya kinerja pelayanan kesehatan di sebuah organisasi. Hal ini berdampak pada kepuasan pasien karena dengan menekankan disiplin kerja maka kinerja yang dihasilkan oleh para pegawainyapun akan menjadi optimal serta akhirnya menimbulkan kepuasan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui disiplin kerja, kinerja pelayanan kesehatan, dan kepuasan pasien.serta mengetahui besarnya pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pelayanan kesehatan. besarnya pengaruh kinerja pelayanan kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan pasien melalui kinerja pelayanan kesehatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif. unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien rawat jalan berjumlah 100 orang teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan product moment. Pengujian statistik ang digunakan adalah perhitungan korelasi pearson, analisis jalur (Path analysis), koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis dan juga menggunakan bantuan program aplikasi SPSS 20.0 for windows. Hasil analisis jalur menyimpulkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pelayanan kesehatan sebesar 42,9% sisanya 57,1% di pengaruhi oleh faktor lain, kinerja pelayanan kesehatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien sebesar 53,2% sisanya 47,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Sedangkan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan pasien melalui kinerja pelayanan kesehatan berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 47,7%.

Work discipline is an behavior is essential for the achievement of the performance of health services in an organization. This has an impact on patient satisfaction due to work discipline emphasizing the performance generated by its employees will be optimal and finally lead to satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the work discipline, the performance of health care, and patient satisfaction. and then determine the influence of work discipline on the performance of health services. the level of influence the performance of health care to patient satisfaction, and work discipline to the satisfaction of the patient through the health service performance. Method used in this research is descriptive and verification. unit of analysis in this study were outpatients of 100 people sampling technique using product moment. The test statistic used is the calculation of Pearson correlation, path analysis, the coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing, and also use help program SPSS 20.0 for windows. The results of path analysis concludes that the work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of services by 42.9% remaining 57.1% is influenced by other factors, the performance of services significantly influence patient satisfaction by 53.2% remaining 47.8% influenced by other factors. While the discipline of work to the satisfaction of the patient through the health care affect performance significantly by 47.7%..
