Kemampuan dalam diri seorang pengusaha adalah suatu hal yang mutlak dimiliki dalam diri seorang pengusaha, kemampuan itu dapat mempengaruhi kegiatan usahanya. Didalam penelitian ini pengaruh entrepreneurship dibutuhkan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh entrepreneurship pada Koperasi Produsen Sentra Kaos Suci Bandung, dan produktivitas Koperasi Produsen Sentra Kaos Suci Bandung, untuk mengetahui pengaruh entrepreneurship dalam meningkatkan produktivitas pada Koperasi Produsen Sentra Kaos Suci Bandung.
Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan verifikatif, teknik penarikan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 responden, prosedur pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah penelitian lapangan, dan studi kepustakaan, dan di analisis menggunakan korelasi rank spearman, koefisien detreminasi, data uji T, untuk memperkuat penelitian, uji satatistik dengan menggunakan SPSS 11.5 Windows.
Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah dengan mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh entrepreneurship terhadap produktivitas positif, dengan korelasi 59,13% dan sisanya 40,87% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Berarti semakin baik pelaksanaan entrepreneurship maka semakin tinggi produktivitas.

Ability of an entrepreneur is an absolute matter for an owner, that ability can influence its business activity. In this research the influence of entrepreneurship required in improving productivity.
This research target is to know the influence of entrepreneurship toward productivity at Koperasi Produsen Sentra Kaos Suci, Bandung. How big the influence of entrepreneurship in improving productivity at , Koperasi Produsen Sentra Kaos Suci Bandung. This research used the Spearman Rank test, with assist of the SPSS 13.0 software. Using saturated method descriptive kuantitative, with 80 responders from member at, Koperasi Produsen Sentra Kaos Suci Bandung.
The result shows that the influence of entrepreneurship in improving productivity can be seen in the calculation result. In this calculation, the correlations (r) is equal to 0,769, determination coefficients (Kd) is 59,13,%, which is mean that the influence of entrepreneurship is playing a part positively toward the productivity, strong and unidirectional. Than, in the hypothetic examination by using t test method, the value of tcount is 16,618 while value of ttable is 1,666, where tcount > ttable, which is mean that H0 refused and H1 accepted, pursuant to research by using the t two party test with the significance level 5% this means that the influence of entrepreneurship have an effect toward of productivity at Koperasi Produsen Sentra Kaos Suci Bandung.
