Penelitian ini diberi judul “Pengaruh Etos Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan PT.Bio Farma (Persero)â€�. Hipotesis dari penelitian ini mengemukakan apakah etos kerja memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada produktivitas karyawan pada perusahaan yang diteliti. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat etos kerja karyawan, tingkat produktivitas karyawan, serta pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari etos kerja pada produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT.Bio Farma (Persero). 101 orang dilibatkan dalam penelitian sebagai responden untuk menghasilkan penelitian data yang valid. Proses penelitian dilakukan menggunakan alat ukur berupa kuesioner, dengan menggunakan skala likert dengan data interval (1-5). Dalam penelitian ini, metode analisis yang dilakukan ialah analisis deskriptif, korelasi dan regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, etos kerja dan produktivitas kerja berada pada tingkat yang baik dan positif dengan mean berada pada interval 3,41-4,20. Hal tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa umumnya karyawan memiliki etos kerja dan produktivitas kerja yang baik, namun mengacu pada fenomena penurunan produktivitas, hal ini terlihat dengan masih adanya jawaban responden dengan nilai yang rendah yaitu 1(satu) sampai 3(tiga) yang dapat diartikan masih adanya karyawan dengan etos kerja dan produktivitas kerja yang rendah. Selanjutnya, hasil penelitian menunjukan etos kerja memiliki hubungan yang cukup kuat terhadap produktivitas kerja karyarwan. Hal itu karena pada tabel korelasi menunjukan angka sebesar 0.575 yang berada pada interval 0,40-0,599. Maka jika etos kerja meningkat, akan secara otomatis meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil persamaan regresi yaitu Y=45,193+0,442X artinya, jika etos kerja karyawan bertambah 1 unit maka produktivitas kerja karyawan akan bertambah sebesar 0,442 sehingga penting bagi perusahaan untuk terus meningkatkan etos kerja karyawan dalam rangka peningkatan produktivitas karyawan. This research title is “The Influence of Work Ethos on Work Productivity of Employees at Bio Farma Company. The hypothesis of this research was that work ethos can give a positive and significant influence on work productivity of the employee at Bio Farma Company. The purpose of this research is to know the level of employees work ethos, the level of employees work productivity and the positive and significant influence of employees work ethos on employees work productivity at Bio Farma Company. 101 people are involved in this research to contribute as a sample respondent for validating the data. The research is done by using questionnaire as measuring instruments, using Likert scale with interval data (1-5). In this study, analysis methods used is descriptive analysis, correlation and simple linear regression. Based on the result of this research, work ethos of employees and work productivity of employees in a positive and good level with mean interval at 3,41-4,20. It can be said that generally the employees have a good work ethos and work productivity, however, due to the decreased productivity phenomena, it shown with the respond of respondent that still give a low value such as 1 (one) until 3 (three) means that there is still an employees that have a low work ethos and work productivity. The results also shown that the work ethos and work productivity have a correlation in moderate level. It is refers to the correlation table that show a 0,575 value which is in the interval 0,40-0,599. So, if the work ethos increased, it will automatically increase the work productivity of employees. It can also seen at regression equation Y=45,193+0,442X, means that if the work ethos increased 1 unit, then the work productivity of employees will increase 0,442 so that it is important for company to keep developing the work ethos of the employees to increasing the work productivity of the employees.
