Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh faktor fundamental yang diwakili dengan rasio Return ON Asset (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Current Ratio (CR) dan Debt Equity to Ratio (DER) terhadap return saham sektor pertambangan serta untuk menguji perbedaan antara perusahaan pertambangan kelompok syariah dan konvensional berdasarkan rasio Return ON Asset (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Current Ratio (CR) dan Debt Equity to Ratio (DER). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) untuk periode 2005 sampai dengan 2011. Jumlah populasi Perusahaan pertambangan di BEI berjumlah 31 Perusahaan dan jumlah sampel perusahaan yang digunakan sebanyak 10 peruahaan dengan tahap Purposive Sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dimana sebelumnya data telah diuji dengan pengujian asumsi klasik meliputi uji normalitas data, autokorelasi, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan uji hipotesis statistik serta menggunakan Uji beda Independent t-test. Alat bantu yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data adalah SPS. Hasil statistik menujukan bahwa data pada kedua kelompok perusahaan pertambangan terbebas dari pengujian asusmsi klasik. Hasi uji f rasio ROA, NPM, CR dan DER menunjukan tidak berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap return kedua kelompok perusahaan pertambangan dan hasil untuk uji t menunjukan bahwa rasio ROA, NPM, CR dan DER menunjukan tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara linear terhadap return saham. Perbedaan antara kedua kelompok perusahaan pertambangan terdapat pada rasio Debt Equity to Ratio (DER). Perusahaan pertambangan kelompok syariah memiliki perkembangan rasio Return ON Asset (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Current Ratio (CR) dan Debt Equity to Ratio (DER) lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kelompok perusahaan pertambangan konvensional Kata Kunci: Return ON Asset (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Current Ratio (CR) dan Debt Equity to Ratio (DER).

This study was conducted to examine the influence of fundamental factors are represented by the ratio of return on assets (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) to stock returns on mining sector and examine the differences between mining companies in sharia group and conventional based on the ratio of return on assets (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity ratio (DER). The data used in this study were obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) for the period 2005 through 2011. Total population of the mining company on Bursa Efek Indonesia is 31 and the number of samples used by 10 companies with stage purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used in this study is multiple regression analysis in which the data has been previously tested with the classical assumption test includes test data normality, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and statistical hypothesis testing and using different test Independent t-test. The tools used in analyzing the data is SPS. Addressing statistical results that the data in the two groups of mining companies free from classical asusmsi testing. The result of f test ROA, NPM, CR and DER showed no effect together to return between two groups and the mining companies. For the t test results show that the ratio of ROA, NPM, CR and DER showed no significant linear effect on stock returns. The difference between the two groups of mining companies are in the ratio of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Mining companies have the development of Islamic groups ON ratios Return Asset (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) is better compared to the conventional mining company.
