Fasilitas adalah sarana untuk melancarkan dan memudahkan pelaksanaan fungsi. Fasilitas menjadi salah satu pertimbangan pasien dalam menentukan pilihan rumah sakit yang tepat untuk berobat. Citra rumah sakit mempengaruhi perilaku pasien khususnya keputusan pasien yang terwujud dalam keinginan untuk menggunakan lagi layanan kesehatan di rumah sakit tersebut dan niat merekomendasikan kepada orang lain. Dewasa ini, masyarakat semakin kritis dalam membuat keputusan untuk menggunakan jasa rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas dan citra rumah sakit terhadap keputusan berobat unit rawat jalan di RSUD kota Bandung. Populasi yang digunakan 24.634 pengguna jasa atau pasien unit rawat jalan RSUD kota Bandung, dan sampel yang diambil 100 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan Analisis regresi berganda, uji koefisien korelasi pearson, uji koefisien determinasi dan pengujian hipotesis (uji t) dengan bantuan penggunaan SPSS 16.0 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bahwa fasilitas dan citra rumah sakit secara parsial masing-masing mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan berobat. Selain itu, fasilitas dan citra rumah sakit secara simultan, juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berobat.

Facility is a means to expedite and facilitate the implementation of the function. Facilities to be one consideration in determining patient selection for appropriate hospital treatment. The image of the hospital patients, especially decisions affecting the behavior of patients who manifested in the desire to use more health care services at the hospital and intentions recommend to others. Today, the public is increasingly critical in making the decision to use the services of the hospital. The aim of this research are to find out The Influence of facilities and the image of the hospital to treatment decision on outpatient unit at RSUD kota Bandung. Population of 24.634 users who used the service or patient of outpatient unit in RSUD kota Bandung, and samples taken 100 respondents. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification methods with quantitative approaches. Analyses were performed using multiple regression analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient test, test the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing (t test) with the help of the use of SPSS 16.0 for Windows. Based on the results of the research,in partially that facilities and the image of the hospital are significantly influence to treatment decisions. In addition, in simultaneously that facilities and the image of the hospital are significantly influence to treatment decision.
