Penelitian ini dilakukan pada beberapa emiten Grup Bakrie. Fenomena yang terjadi adalah pada variabel yang diteliti yakni pada Financial leverage, financial leverage mengalami penurunan namun tidak diikuti dengan kenaikan harga saham, harga saham tercatat turun dari tahun sebelumnya, selanjutnya pada Return On Equity (ROE) mengalami kenaikan namun tidak diikuti dengan kenaikan harga saham, begitu pula sebaliknya penurunan Return On Equity (ROE) tidak diikuti dengan penurunan harga saham, harga saham tercatat naik dari tahun sebelumnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh financial leverage dan return on equity (ROE) terhadap harga saham pada beberapa emiten Grup Bakrie. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan metode verifikatif. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan (financial statement) 5 perusahaan emiten Grup Bakrie yang berjumlah 35 tahun laporan keuangan yang digunakan sebagai sampel. Pengujian statistik yang digunakan adalah uji klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, perhitungan koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis, dan juga menggunakan bantuan program aplikasi SPSS 16.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa financial leverage berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap harga saham dan return on equity (ROE) berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap harga saham pada beberapa emiten Grup Bakrie.

The research was conducted on several Bakrie Group. The phenomenon that occurs is that the variables studied in the Financial leverage, financial leverage has decreased but is not followed by an increase in stock price, stock prices declined from the previous year, then the Return On Equity (ROE) increased but not followed by an increase in stock prices , and vice versa decrease in Return on Equity (ROE) is not followed by a decline in stock prices, stock prices rose from the previous year. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of financial leverage and return on equity (ROE) to the stock price at some Bakrie Group. The method used in this research is descriptive method and verification method. The unit of analysis in this study are the financial statements 5 Bakrie Group companies amounting to 35 years of financial statements that are used as samples. The test statistic used is the classic test, multiple linear regression analysis, the calculation of the coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing, and also use help program SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The results show that financial leverage significant negative effect on the stock price and return on equity (ROE) significantly positive effect on stock prices at some Bakrie Group.
