Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya komunikasi (sikap, perbuatan dan ucapan) dari Airport Operation and services Junior Manager terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kantor Cabang Bandara Husein Sastranegara Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan teknik analisis regresi. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan didukung oleh studi pustaka serta penelusuran data melalui internet. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah random sampling berstrata proporsional dengan jumlah sampel 67 orang. Teknik analisa data menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistic versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa besarnya pengaruh antara sikap Airport Operation And Services Junior Manager terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan adalah sebesar 29%; besarnya pengaruh antara perbuatan Airport Operation And Services Junior Manager terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan adalah sebesar 56%; besarnya pengaruh antara ucapan Airport Operation And Services Junior Manager terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan adalah sebesar 29,6%; besarnya pengaruh antara gaya komunikasi Airport Operation And Services Junior Manager terhadap harapan karyawan adalah sebesar 50,4%; besarnya pengaruh antara gaya komunikasi Airport Operation And Services Junior Manager terhadap pemenuhan karyawan adalah sebesar16,9%; besarnya pengaruh antara gaya komunikasi Airport Operation And Services Junior Manager terhadap peluang karyawan adalah sebesar 53,8%; besarnya pengaruh antara gaya komunikasi Airport Operation And Services Junior Manager terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 15,8%, dan besarnya pengaruh antara gaya komunikasi Airport Operation And Services Junior Manager terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan sebesar 64,8%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan kuat, serta valid dan signifikan antara gaya komunikasi Airport Operation and Services Junior Manager terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Bandung. Saran dari peneliti terkait penelitian ini kepada Airport Operation and Services Junior Manager dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berkomunikasi terhadap karyawan agar lebih sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi perusahaan serta karakteristik karyawan yang dipimpinnya.

The research purposed to find out the effect of Airport Operation And Services Junior ManagerÂ’s communication style (attitude, action, and speech) to employeeÂ’s work motivation at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Branch Office Husein Sastranegara Airport Bandung. This research uses quantitative with survey method and regression analysis technique. Data on this research was collected by distributing questionnaires and supported by literature study and internet searching. The sampling technique used is random stratified proportional sampling with a total sample is 67 people. Data analysis technique using the program IBM SPSS Statistic version 23. The result showed that the effect between the attitudes of Airport Operation and Services Junior Manager to employeeÂ’s work motivation is amount 29%; the effect between the actions of Airport Operation and Services Junior Manager to employeeÂ’s work motivation is amount 56%; the effect between the speech of Airport Operation and Services Junior Manager to employeeÂ’s work motivation is amount 29,6%; the effect between the Airport Operation and Services Junior ManagerÂ’s communication style to expectations of employee is amount 50,4%; the effect between the Airport Operation and Services Junior ManagerÂ’s communication style to fulfillment of employee is amount 16,9%; the effect between the Airport Operation and Services Junior ManagerÂ’s communication style to employeeÂ’s opportunities is amount 53,8%; the effect between the Airport Operation and Services Junior ManagerÂ’s communication style to employeeÂ’s performance is amount 15,8%; and the effect between the Airport Operation and Services Junior ManagerÂ’s communication style to employeeÂ’s work motivation is amount 64,8%. The conclusion is there a positive and strong effect, valid and significant between communication style of Airport Operation and Services Junior Manager to employeeÂ’s work motivation at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Branch Office Husein Sastranegara Airport Bandung. Suggestions to Airport Operation and Services Junior Manager in order to improve their communication skills and adjust to companyÂ’s situastion and conditon and employee characteristics.
