PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) merupakan salah satu BUMN yang memiliki peranan penting dalam penyelenggaraan perekonomian nasional guna mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Implementasi Good Corporate Governance (GCG) serta Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) yang baik diharapkan dapat meningkatkan Kinerja Perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji seberapa besar pengaruh signifikan Good Corporate Governance dan Enterprise Risk Management terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan pada PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) kota Bandung. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan metode pengambilan data melalui kuesioner tertutup yang disebar kepada 34 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dengan menggunakan bantuan software Statistical Package for Social Scienses (SPSS) versi 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa hipotesis 1 diterima, yang berarti GCG memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan. Hipotesis 2 ditolak, yang berarti ERM tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan. Hipotesis 3 diterima, yang berarti secara simultan GCG dan ERM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) yaitu sebesar 38,7% dan sisanya 61,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak digunakan dalam penelitian ini. PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) is one of BUMN that has an important role in the implementation of the national economy in order to realize the welfare of the community. Implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) are expected to improve the Company's Performance. This study aims to examine how big the significant influence of Good Corporate Governance and Enterprise Risk Management on Company Performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) on Bandung City. The source of data in this study is primary data with the method of collecting data through closed questionnaires distributed to 34 respondents. The research method used is a quantitative method with the data analysis technique used is path analysis using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26 software. The results of this study indicate that hypothesis 1 is accepted, which means that GCG has a positive and significant impact on company performance. Hypothesis 2 is rejected, which means that ERM has no significant effect on company performance. Hypothesis 3 is accepted, which means that simultaneously GCG and ERM have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) which is 38.7% and the remaining 61.3% is influenced by other variables not used in this study.
