In company business activity have a purpose to get a profit. A company can be told to succeed if can get the optimal profit with the growth which are positive so that can guarantee a continues of company life. The accurate problems in this report are “The influence of tangible assets investment on company’s profitability”. Assets in this research are tangible asset of related productions and distribution of electric energy, specially tangible assets to distribution unit which personating unit of chanelling electrics power and have the important role in corporate company activity. In operation activity, company have to invest the funds which big enough relative in tangible assets, because effort scale from year to year increasing referring to service level for wide society. So the invested funds by company have to be managed as well as possible on which can get profit in a future. The method used in this research are descriptive methods, technique of data collecting taken from field research by interview, observation and documentation, and data is analysis by using analysis of correlation Person, Regression, Determination Coefficients and t-test, the data processing used programme of SPSS 12 For Windows. Result of calculation from research indicated that’s t-hitung > t- table, so Ho is push away. Its mean that’s tangible assets investment influence to company’s profitability on PT. PLN (PERSERO) Distribusi Jawa Barat dan Banten.
