Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada Pelaku Usaha Sentra Industri Keripik Singkong Pedas Cimahi. Fenomena yang terjadi adalah para pelaku sentra dalam jiwa kewirausahaan kurang berani mengambil resiko maupun banyaknya pesaing yang usahanya berlokasi di tempat strategis menyebakan konsumen beralih. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Jiwa Kewirausahaan dan Lokasi terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha (Studi Kasus: Sentra Industri Keripik Singkong Cimahi secara parsial dan simultan. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deksriptif dan verifikatif. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku sentra berjumlah 30 orang responden. Pengujian statistik yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, reliabilitas, analisis regresi berganda, korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis, dan juga menggunakan bantuan program aplikasi SPSS 21 for windows. Hasil dari analisis menunjukan Jiwa Kewirausahaan kategori cukup baik dengan indikator tertinggi memiliki inisiatif dan terendah berani mengambil resiko. Lokasi kategori cukup baik dengan indikator teringgi lokasi yang strategis dan terendah ketersediaan lahan parkir. Keberhasilan Usaha kategori cukup baik dengan indikator tertinggi memenuhi kebutuhan rumah tangga dan terendah kesejahteraan karyawan terpenuhi. Maupun secara parsial Jiwa Kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha. Lokasi berpengaruh terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha. Dan secara simultan Jiwa Kewirausahaan dan Lokasi memberikan pengaruh terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha memberikan hasil positif dan signifikan. Adapun variable lain yang mempengaruhi Keberhasilan Usaha yaitu seperti Promosi, Kreativitas, Motivasi.

This research was conducted at Industrial Centre of Keripik Singkong Pedas Cimahi. The phenomenon occurs in the industrial centre is unwillingness to take risks as well as the number of competitors whose business is located in strategic place that cause the consumers to switch to another produt. The aims of this research is to excavate the influence of entrepreneurial spirit and business location to business success at Industrial Centre of Keripik Singkong Pedas Cimahi both partially and simultaneously. The method of this research is descriptive and verificative method.The unit analysis in this research is 30 business owners in the centre. The statistic test used an of validity, reliability, multiple regression analysis, correlation, coefficient of determination, hypothesis test, using use the help of SPSS 21 for windows application program. The results of the analysis show the Entrepreneurial Spirit category is quite good with the willingness to take initiative as the highest indicator and the lowest is the risk taking. The business location are in a quite good category with the highest indicator is the strategic location and the lowest indicator is the availability of parking space. The business success is in quite good category with the highest indicator is the meeting the needs of the household and the lowest is the employee welfare. The Entrepreneurial Spirit affects Business Success. While Business Location affects Business Success. and simultaneously Entrepreneurial Spirit and Business Location give influence to Business Success which means give positive result and significant. As for other variables that affect Business Success such as Promotion, Creativity, Motivation.
