Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tanggapan dari responden pelaku usaha pada sentra tempe cibolerang mengenai jiwa kewirausahaan dan motivasi serta kinerja usaha dan bagaimana pengaruh dari jiwa kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja usaha dan bagaimana motivasi terhadap kinerja usaha serta bagaimana pengaruh jiwa kewirausahaan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja usaha Metode analisis penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif yang terdiri dari analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis korelasi dan koefisien determinasi. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh, dengan jumlah responden 25. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa hipotesis dapat diketahui besarnya Fhitung dari variable Jiwa Kewirausahan, dan Motivasi secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap variable Kinerja Usaha. Dan dari analisis uji T diketahui bahwa Jiwa Kewirausahaan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Usaha, dan Motivasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Usaha

This study aims to determine the responses of business respondents on the central business center about entrepreneurial spirit and motivation and business performance and how the entrepreneurial spirit influences business performance and how the business performance is motivated and how the entrepreneurial spirit and motivation affect business performance The method of analysis of this study uses descriptive and verification analysis which consists of multiple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis and coefficient of determination. The sample technique used is saturated sampling technique, with the number of respondents 25. The results of the study prove that the hypothesis can be known the magnitude of Fcount of the variable Entrepreneurial Soul, and simultaneous motivation has an effect on the variable Business Performance. And from the T test analysis it is known that the Entrepreneurship Soul has a significant influence on Business Performance, and Motivation has a significant influence on Business Performance
