The pavement of highway is belong to traffic path, which structurally in highway section in most central position of highway. The pavement is a layer located between the sub grade layer vehicle’s wheel, which have function to give a service for the transportation. The main material that formed the pavement is aggregate contain 90-95 %. The layer support determined from nature of aggregate and gradation. To know the pavement is qualifield, needed some knowledge to concern about nature of materials value from the aggregate. From this research to know the materials value of aggregate especially water which is implied in aggregate to strength of pavement hence, require to be experiment to yield good stability in pavement.
