Target of this Research is to know United States Foreign Policy and its
applying in face of nuclear issue, specially to nuclear enrichment technology
development at Islamic Republic of Iran. Therefore in this research is also
addressed to know how far Iran developing it’s nuclear enrichment technology.
Descriptive method used in this research, that is by elaborating the
problem which is becoming of conflict between US-Iran and it’s affect at Iran
nuclear enrichment technology development with peace purpose.
In this research, the hypothesis is that US foreign policy influence Iran
nuclear enrichment technology development passing propaganda. This matter can
be seen from US negotiation effort in diplomacy forum to other nations specially
its allies and yielding steps able to pursue Iran nuclear enrichment technology
development, like signing of security council of UNO resolution, additional
protocol of IAEA, coagulation of Iran asset beyond the sea, and giving of
incentive package compiled by United States, English, French, China, Russia and
Germany.
With research which have been executed can be concluded that applying
of United States foreign policy through it’s instruments giving negative affect for
Iran nuclear enrichment technology development, it can be seen from every single
US effort to hindering Iran nuclear enrichment technology development.
