ANDRI NUGRAHA, “Influence of Work Dicipline Employees To Performance Appraisal of Employees At Subdin Pengawasan dan Penertiban Bangunan Kota Bandung”, under guidance Dr. Umi Narimawati, Dra., SE., M.Si dan Isniar Budiarti, SE. Improvement of employee capacity can be reached if employee to earn having discipline carefully, because if employee is having discipline it is of course employee will feel holding responsible in working till finish and employee would continuously train inch by inch so reaching maximum point, that is achievement in work. Purpose of this research is to know exercise kedisiplin, condition of employee capacity and role of dicipline employee in the effort increasing employee capacity at Subdin Pengawasan and Penertiban Bangunan Kota Bandung. Analysis unit is officer Subdin Pengawasan and Penertiban Bangunan Kota Bandung. Research method applied is survey with descriptive method and verifikatif. Drawdown process of sample is done with technique Random Sampling. As for sample size is 56. Data collecting is done by using questionaire, interview and observation. Result of this research menunjukan that job(activity discipline included in high katagori, and so do with labour capacity also height. Result of correlation analysis Rank Spearman discipline variable stands in increasing employee labour capacity. Coefficient of determination is obtained equal to 60,21%, and the rest 39,79% is influence from other factor between it is spirit [of] job(activity, motivation of job(activity, leadership. As for hypothesis test result menunjukan that there is real relationship between employee disciplines To Performance Appraisal of Employees at Subdin Pengawasan and Penertiban Bangunan Kota Bandung.
