Perusahaan disegala bidang selalu berusaha keras untuk berproduksi secara efisien, yaitu dengan biaya yang serendah-rendahnya. Kepemimpinan wirausaha yang buruk membuat perusahaan tidak dapat bekerjasama dengan perusahaan perusahaan lain yang berada di daerah. Dan kurangnya kemampuan karyawan dalam mengelola berbagai bidang seperti system pemasaran karena disebabkan oleh keterbatasannya pendididkan dan berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tanggapan responden mengenai Kepemimpinan, Kemampuan karyawan, Keberhasilan usaha dan seberapa besar dampak dari Kepemimpinan itu sendiri terhadap Keberhasilan usaha pada CV. Tugu Mandiri Fresh Milk Bandung dan seberapa besar pengaruh kemampuan karyawan terhadap Keberhasilan usaha. Metode penarikan sample yang digunakan adalah sensus yang terdiri dari 20 responden. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif yang terdiri dari analisis regresi linier berganda. Analisis korelasi product moment, dan koefisien determinasi yang digunakan untuk mengukur besarnya pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kemampuan karyawan terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji korelasi menunjukan bahwa Kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha dengan indikator terbesar yaitu kemampuan analisa, programatis, dan kesederhanaan dan indikator terendah yaitu keterampilan komunikasi. Kemampuan karyawan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha dengan indikator terbesar yaitu intelektual dan indikator terendah yaitu kemampuan kerja. Hasil uji hipotesis menyatakan bahwa peningkatan keberhasilan usaha secara parsial berpengaruh melalui kepemimpinan dan kemampuan karyawan.

Real field companies always strive to produce efficiently, i.e. with the cost being perfect humility. Bad entrepreneurial leadership make the company unable to team up with other companies that are in the area. And the lack of the ability of employees to manage a wide range of areas such as the marketing system becaus of its limitations caused by the biennial donations and influence on the success of the effort. This research aims to know the responses of the respondents regarding leadership, employee Capability, the success of the venture and how big the impact of Leadership itself towards the success of the effort at the Tugu Mandiri CV. Fresh Milk and how much influence the ability of the employee towards the success of the effort. Withdrawal methods used is the sample census consisting of 20 respondents. Methods of analysis in this study uses descriptive analysis and verifikatif consisting of multiple linear regression analysis. Analysis of correlation of product moment, and the coefficient of determination used to measure the magnitude of the influence of the leadership and capabilities of the employees against the success of the effort. Research results based on the correlation test showed that partial influential leadership significantly to the success of the venture with the biggest indicator i.e. the ability of analysis, programmatic, and simplicity and the lowest indicators i.e. communication skills. The ability of the employees partially effect significantly to the success of the venture with the biggest indicator that is intellectual and the lowest indicators i.e. ability to work. The results of a test of the hypothesis States that an increase in the success of the efforts of influential partially through the leadership and capabilities of the employees.
