Employee or human resource be the only most important company leg asset
having big contribution in attainment of purpose of company. And every employee is
working will surely experience satisfaction of so-called job satisfaction. Level of this
job satisfaction will influence to attitude and behavior of from it self man as employee
from company. Sees company the thing need to conduct action is correct in
anticipating attainment process effect of level of job satisfaction of employee to as
result of undesirable.
Intention this research is : (1). To know the job satisfaction of employee At
Indonesian Post Company Region V Jawa Barat-Bandung, (2). To know the work
attitude At Indonesian Post Company Region V Jawa Barat-Bandung and, (3). To
know the influence of work satisfaction to work attitude of employee At Indonesian
Post Company Region V Jawa Barat-Bandung.
Method used in this research is survey method by using descriptive and
verificative. Technique of data collecting of taken is with the research of primary
data and secondary data. While data analyse by using correlation analysis and
coeficien determination, with using program SPSS 12.0 for windows.
Result of this research shows that, job satisfaction is enough and work
attitude high. There is influence that is strong enough between job satisfactions to
work attitude. Big of influence is 38 % and 62 % that influence many factor like
individual character, good recruitment system and training.
