Grand Pasundan Convention Hotel merupakan hotel berbintang empat yang berlokasi di Bandung, memiliki sekitar 150 karyawan. Diperkirakan knowledge management yang masih kurang diterapkan di perhotelan menyebabkan perilaku kerja inovatif yang rendah. Penelitian ini diberi judul Pengaruh Knowledge Management Terhadap Perilaku Kerja Inovatif Karyawan Grand Pasundan Convention Hotel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengetahuan, teknologi, dan informasi yang digunakan untuk mempengaruhi perilaku kerja inovatif dalam organisasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Grand Pasundan Convention Hotel yang berada di dalam beberapa departemen perhotelan. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur berupa kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert 1-5. Dalam penelitian ini, metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, korelasi, dan regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, knowledge management memiliki nilai mean sebesar 4,07 yang berarti knowledge management di Grand Pasundan Convention Hotel berada pada kategori yang baik, sedangkan untuk perilaku kerja inovatif karyawan Grand Pasundan Convention Hotel memiliki nilai mean sebesar 3,70 yang berarti berada di tingkat yang baik. Tetapi, hubungan antara knowledge management dengan perilaku kerja inovatif karyawan Grand Pasundan Convention Hotel dapat dikatakan rendah. Hal itu karena pada kolom R sebesar 0,132 yang berada pada interval 0,000 – 0,199. Dapat diartikan bahwa karyawan Grand Pasundan memiliki perilaku kerja inovatif meskipun tidak dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh knowledge management dan mungkin ada faktor lain yang mempengaruhi perilaku kerja inovatif karyawan Grand Pasundan Convention Hotel. Sedangkan hasil regresi Y=41,216 + 0,171 X, artinya jika knowledge management ditingkatkan 1, maka perilaku kerja inovatif karyawan bertambah sebesar 0,171. Grand Pasundan Convention Hotel is a four-star hotel located in Bandung, has about 150 employees. It is estimated that knowledge management is still not implemented in the hospitality led to innovative work behavior is low. This study entitled The Effect of Knowledge Management Employees Against Innovative Work Behavior Grand Pasundan Convention Hotel . This study aims to determine how much knowledge, technology , and information used to influence the behavior of innovative work within the organization . The population in this study were employees Grand Pasundan Convention Hotel is located in the several departments of hospitality . This study used a questionnaire measuring instrument using a Likert scale of 1-5 . In this study, the method of analysis used is descriptive analysis , correlation , and simple linear regression . Based on the results of research , knowledge management has a mean value of 4.07 which means that knowledge management in Grand Pasundan Convention Hotel is located in a good category , while for innovative work behavior of employees Grand Pasundan Convention Hotel has a mean value of 3.70 which means it is at the level of which is good. However, the relationship between knowledge management with innovative work behavior of employees Grand Pasundan Convention Hotel can be said to be low. That's because the column R of 0.132 which is in the interval from 0.000 to 0.199. Means that employees have the Grand Pasundan innovative work behavior although not directly influenced by the knowledge management and there may be other factors that influence employee innovative work behavior Grand Pasundan Convention Hotel . While the results of the regression Y = 41.216 + 0.171 X , meaning that if knowledge management increased 1 , then the innovative work behavior of employees increased by 0.171.
