Keberadaaan knowledge management di dalam suatu perusahaan memegang peranan sangat penting. Semakin ketatnya persaingan bisnis mengakibatkan perusahaan dihadapkan pada tantangan untuk dapat mempertahankan kelangsungan hidup. Perusahaan dituntut mampu meningkatkan kapabilitas inovasi, salah satunya dengan knowledge sharing. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui gambaran knowledge sharing dan kapabilitas inovasi di PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia, Lotte Mart Festival Citylink Bandung, serta pengaruh knowledge sharing terhadap kapabilitas inovasi. Knowledge sharing merupakan budaya interaksi sosial yang melibatkan kegiatan transfer pengetahuan, pengalaman, dan keterampilan antara anggota organisasi (Lin, 2004: 315). Sementara kapabilitas inovasi adalah kemampuan untuk mentransformasikan secara berkelanjutan pengetahuan dan gagasan ke dalam berbagai bentuk pelayanan, proses dan sistem yang baru, bagi keuntungan lembaga dan stakeholder (Lawson dan Samson, 2001: 384). Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh yang berjumlah 111 orang. Pengukuran knowledge sharing diadopsi dari konsep Hooff dan Weenan (2004) terdiri dari dua dimensi: knowledge donating dan knowledge collecting. Komponen kapabilitas inovasi diadopsi dari Lin (2007) yang terdiri dari enam indikator. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis korelasi, analisis regresi linier dan uji hipotesis. Data diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS 16.0 dan lolos uji validitas dan reliabilitas, serta uji asumsi klasik. Hasilnya, knowledge sharing berada pada tingkat interpretasi 'Sangat Baik' dan kapabilitas inovasi berada pada tingkat interpretasi 'Baik'. Knowledge sharing mampu mempengaruhi kapabilitas inovasi sebesar 31% dan menghasilkan persamaan regresi sebagai berikut: Y = 8,523 + 0,365X Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier diatas dapat diketahui bahwa knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kapabilitas inovasi. Oleh karena itu PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia, Lotte Mart Festival Citylink hendaknya terus berupaya mengelola knowledge sharing guna meningkatkan kapabilitas inovasi. Penelitian ini juga hanya mengukur pengaruh knowledge sharing pada kapabilitas inovasi, sementara itu ada banyak faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kapabilitas inovasi, sehingga perusahaan juga hendaknya meneliti faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kapabilitas inovasi. The existence of knowledge management in the company has a very important role. Nowdays, business competition that became tighter make the company confronted with challenge to maintain viability. A company nowday forces to create high innovation capability to maintain competitive advantage. In a way of increasing innovation capability, company takes ways such as develoving knowledge sharing. This research intended to explore the overview of knowledge sharing and innovation capability in PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia, Lotte Mart Festival Citylink Bandung, also the influence of knowledge sharing on innovation capability. Knowledge sharing can define as a social interaction culture, involving the exchange of employees knowledge, experiences, and skills through the whole department or organization (Lin, 2007: 315). As innovation capability therefore defined as the ability to continuously transform knowledge and ideas into new products, processes and systems for the benefit of the firm and its stakeholders (Lawson and Samson, 2001: 384). The sampling technique used is saturatuin sampling, using all 111 PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia, Lotte Mart Festival Citylink Bandung's employee as sample. Knowledge sharing measurement adopted from Hooff and Weenan (2004), consist of two dimension: knowledge donating and knowledge collecting. Component of innovation capability adopted from Lin (2007) consist of six indicator. Analysis that used in this research are validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, correlation analysis, linear regression analysis and hypothesis test. The data were processed by SPSS 16.0 program and pass the test of validity, reliability, as well as the classical assumption. The result, knowledge sharing has interpretation "Very Good" and innovation capability has interpretation "Good". Knowledge sharing can affect the innovation capability of 31% and produce equation below: Y = 8,523 + 0,365X Based on linear regression above, knowledge sharing has a positive and significant influence to innovation capability. Therefore PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia, Lotte Mart Festival Citylink Bandung should continue to manage their knowledge sharing in order to improve their innovation capability. This study only measured the effect of knowledge sharing on innovation capability, while there are many other factors that can affect the performance of employees.
