Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT INTI (Persero) Bandung. Sampel yang digunakan adalah karyawan di PT INTI yang telah ditetapkan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden dari 641 populasi dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, uji normalitas, analisis regresi sederhana, dan koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan uji-t yang dilakukan dan hasil analisis regresi linier diatas dapat diketahui bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi, diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,391 atau sebesar 39,1%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja sebesar 35,8%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar model. Kata kunci: kompensasi, kinerja.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance in PT INTI (Persero) Bandung. The samples used were employees of PT INTI specified in this study of 100 respondents from 641 population using simple random sampling method. The analysis used include test validity, reliability test, descriptive, normality test, simple regression, and the coefficient of determination. Based on the t-test is performed and the results of linear regression analysis above it can be seen that the compensation and a significant positive effect on employee performance . Determination coefficient test results, obtained at a value of 0,391 or 39,1%. This shows that the compensation have an influence on the performance of 39,1%, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the model. Keywords: financial compensation, performance.
