Fenomena yang terjadi pada Industri Rajutan Binong Jati Bandung adalah belum terlihat adanya manajemen yang terkelola dengan baik dan perbedaan mindset dari setiap pengusahanya, pengusaha rajutan biasanya merangkap sebagai manajer yang mengatur semua manajemen usaha rajutan. Hal tersebut dikarenakan faktor tingkat pendidikan yang rata-rata hanya sebatas SMU, sedangkan yang menempuh jenjang pendidikan perguruan tinggi masih menjadi minoritas, rata-rata merupakan anak pemilik dari pemilik usaha rajutan. Jika kondisi ini terus berlangsung, maka akan berdampak pada kinerja usaha yang terus memburuk dan kesulitan untuk bersaing dengan produk lain terutama produk impor dengan harga dan kualitas di atas produk Rajutan Binong itu sendiri sehingga mengancam daya tahan perusahaan itu sendiri.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) pengaruh kompetensi kewirausahaan terhadap keunggulan bersaing pada Sentra Industri Rajutan Binong Jati Bandung. (2) pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap keunggulan bersaing pada Sentra Industri Rajutan Binong Jati Bandung. Dan (3) pengaruh kompetensi kewirausahaan dan inovasi produk terhadap keunggulan bersaing pada Sentra Industri Rajutan Binong Jati Bandung. Sebanyak 80 Perusahaan diambil sebagai sampel melalui teknik penarikan sampel dengan metode sample random sampling. Data di kumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, observasi dan wawancara. Metode survey yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data di analisis dengan metode simple regression analysis dengan menggunakan software program SPSS 17 for window.Hasil penelitian menunjukan kompetensi kewirausahaan dan inovasi produk memberikan pengaruh yang relatif besar terhadap keunggulan bersaing pada Sentra Industri Rajutan Binong Jati Bandung secara parsial maupun simultan.

The phenomenon that occurs on industrial knitted binong jati bandung is not yet seen the accomplished management and the differences mindset of each owner, Knitted businessmen usually doubled as a manager who regulate all knitted business management. It is a factor of the level of the average education only high school, while those who reach in the level of a college education is still a minority, the average is the son of the owner of the knitted business owner. If this condition continues, it will have an impact on the performance of businesses that continue to worsen and trouble to compete with other products especially imported products with price and quality above Binong Knitted products itself so threaten the durability of the company itself.This research are made to find : (1) The influence of the competence of entrepreneurship on the competitive advantage in binong jati knitted industry centre in Bandung (2) The influence of the innovation product on the competitive advantage in binong jati knitted industry centre in Bandung. And (3) The influence of the competence of entrepreneurship and innovation product on the competitive advantage in binong jati knitted industry centre in Bandung. Sample taken as 80 companies through the technique of the withdrawal of the sample with a method of sample random sampling. The data raised through the spread of questionnaires, observation and interview. Survey method that is used in this research is descriptive-verivicatice. The data are analized with simple regression analysis using SPSS 17 program software for window.The results of this research show the competence of entrepreneurship and innovation products provide a relatively large influence to competitive advantage in Binong Jati Knitted industries centre in Bandung partially or simultaneous.
