Perkembangan bisnis yang semakin ketat, mengharuskan perusahaan memiliki keunggulan bersaing, jika tidak maka perusahaan tersebut tidak dapat bertahan lama. Kurangnya keberanian seorang pengusaha dalam menjalankan usahanya dapat menghambat keunggulan bersaing. Selain itu seorang pengusaha harus memiliki kompetensi yang tinggi dan berorientasi ke masa depan perusahaan agar para konsumen merasa puas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi kewirausahaan, orientasi kewirausahaan dan keunggulan bersaing, serta bermaksud untuk mengetahui kompetensi kewirausahaan dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap keunggulan bersaing baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada Sentra Industri Sepatu Cibaduyut. Metode penarikan sample yang digunakan adalah Sample Populasi terdiri dari 577 dan sample terdiri dari 85 responden. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif.. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa responden memiliki kompetensi kewirausahaan yang cukup dan orientasi kewirausahaan yang cukup serta tanggapan responden merasa cukup dalam keunggulan bersaing para pengrajin. Sedangkan Analisis secara verifikatif menunjukan bahwa Kompetensi Kewirausahan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing yang korelasinya sebesar 0,531. Orientasi Kewirausahaan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing yang korelasinya sebesar 0,611 Dan Kompetensi Kewirausahaan dan Orientasi Kewirausahaan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing. Kesimpulan yang didapat adalah bahwa keunggulan bersaing pada sentra Industri Cibaduyut Bandung sebagian besar dipengaruhi oleh Kompetensi Kewirausahaan dan Orientasi Kewirausahaan tetapi yang paling mempengaruhi Orientasi Kewirausahaan , sedangkan ada faktor-faktor lain (epsilon) diluar kompetensi kewirausahaan dan orientasi kewirausahaan yang mempengaruhi keunggulan bersaing.

The lack of courage of an entrepreneur in running his business can hamper competitive advantage. In addition, an entrepreneur must have a high entrepreneurial competence and orientation to the future of the company so that consumers are satisfied. The aim of this study is to determine the entrepreneurial competence, entrepreneurship orientation and competitive advantage, and intends to know therelationship between entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurship orientation to competitive advantage either partially or simultaneously on Cibaduyut Shoe Industry Center. Sampling method used is Population Sample consists of 577 and sample consists of 85 respondents. The method of analysis using descriptive and verificative. The results showed that respondents have enough entrepreneurial competence and sufficient entrepreneurship orientation and responses of respondents feel quite in the competitive advantage of the craftsmen. While the analysis verificative showed that the entrepreneurial competence partially significant effect on the competitive advantage of correlation of 0.531. The orientation of entrepreneurship partially significant effect on the competitiveness of the correlation of 0.611 and entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurship orientation simultaneously have a significant effect on competitive advantage. The conclusion is that competitive advantage in Cibaduyut Bandung Industrial Center is mostly influenced by entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurship orientation, while the rest is influenced by other factors. While there are other factor (epsilon) beyond entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial orientation that effect competitive advantage.
