Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pengusaha atau pemilik usaha boneka yang ada di Sentra UKM Boneka Paris Van Java Di Bandung. Fenomena yang terjadi adalah terjadi penurunan pendapatan atau keuntungan para pengusaha boneka di Sentra UKM Boneka Paris Van Java Di Bandung sehingga menimbulkan terjadinya penurunan jumlah pengusaha. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi wirausaha dan orientai pasar terhadap kinerja bisnis pada Sentra UKM Boneka Paris Van Java Di Bandung.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang berjumlah 264 pada periode 2008-2012 dengan sampel sebanyak 73 responden. Pengujian statistik yang digunakan adalah perhitungan korelasi person, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji hipotesis, MSI, pengujian asumsi klasik, dan juga menggunakan penghitungan statistik dengan bantuan program aplikasi SPSS 18.0 for windows.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja bisnis usaha boneka di Sentra UKM Boneka Paris Van Java Di Bandung secara keseluruhan termasuk dalam kriteria yang masih rendah, namun indikator Financial Competence, dan Human relation competence sudah cukup tinggi. Pengaruh kompetensi wirausaha terhadap orientasi pasar berdampak positif dan signifikan yaitu 53,3%, begitu pula pengaruh kompetensi wirausaha terhadap kinerja bisnis berdampak positif dan signifikan yaitu 22,8%, serta pengaruh orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja bisnis berdampak positif dan signifikan yaitu dengan kontribusi sebesar 35,4%, Kemudian dampak secara secara simultan berdampak positif dan signifikan yaitu 53,3%. Hal ini berarti kompetensi wirausaha dan orientasi pasar mampu mampu meningkatkan kinerja bisnis pengusaha sepatu di Sentra UKM Boneka Paris Van Java Di Bandung cukup tinggi.

The research was conducted on entrepreneurs or business owners in the Sentra doll Dolls SMEs Paris Van Java in Bandung. Phenomenon that occurs is a reduction in income or profits of the entrepreneurs of SMEs Sentra doll in Dolls Paris Van Java in Bandung, causing a decline in the number of entrepreneurs. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence entrepreneurial competencies and market Orientai on business performance in SMEs Sentra Dolls Paris Van Java in Bandung.The method used in this study is a qualitative and quantitative methods. The unit of analysis in this study is the consumer who totaled 264 in the period 2008-2012 with a sample of 73 respondents. The test statistic used is the calculation of correlation person, validity, reliability testing, test hypotheses, MSI, classic assumption test, and also uses statistical calculations with the help of the program SPSS 18.0 for windows.The results showed that the performance of the business of SMEs Sentra Dolls dolls in Paris Van Java in Bandung as a whole, including the criteria that are still low, but the indicators Financial Competence and Human relations competence is high enough. Effect of entrepreneurial competencies to market orientation and a significant positive impact that 53.3%, as well as the influence of entrepreneurial competencies on business performance and a significant positive impact is 22.8%, and the effect of market orientation on business performance and a significant positive impact is by contributing 35 , 4%, then the impact of simultaneous positive and significant impact, namely 53.3%. This means that entrepreneurial competencies and market orientation are able to improve the business performance of SMEs entrepreneurs Sentra doll shoes in Paris Van Java in Bandung is quite high.
