Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan hasil kajian pengaruh kreativitas, inovasi terhadap kinerja usaha pada sentra usaha kecil menengah (survey pada sentra UKM Batik Trusmi Cirebon). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan metode survey, yakni dilakukan melalui deskriptif kualitatif.Unit analisis penelitian ini adalah perusahaan dengan jumlah unit observasinya 47 perusahaan, yang terdiri dari 47 pemilik perusahaan. Untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian digunakan statistika deskiptif verifikatif dengan alat uji SEM. Sedangkan untuk pengolahan data menggunakan program PLS.UKM Batik Trusmi Cirebon dapat dikategorisasikan dalam 5 kuadaran yaitu kreativitas, inovasi, kreativitas dan inovasi, dan kreativitas dan inovasi terhadap kinerja usaha Batik Trusmi Cirebon.Dominan pada UKM Batik Trusmi Cirebon adalah batik pesisir yang berada pada orientasi tradisional dan fokus kepada orientasi sebuah produk dan berbasis kepada sumber daya serta belum mengarah kepada pasar umum. Kreativitas dan Inovasi berpengaruh positif serta signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Kinerja Usaha.
