Corporate image is the sum of peoples perceptions of organization image
and perceptions are created through all serce: sight, sound, smell, touch, taste
and feeling experinced through product usage, customer service, the commercial
environment and corporate communication. When the customer built an
expectation experiences, so the quality service which is felt by them will affect the
image. If the service is good, or better than the image, the image will strengthen.
Based on the argument above, the writer is interested to make a research
about the influence of service quality to company image. This research is held at
PD. BPR Subang pagaden Branch.
The purpose this research is: know service quality at PD. BPR Subang
pagaden branch, to know company image at PD. BPR Subang pagaden branch,
and to know big influence of service quality to Company Image at PD. BPR
Subang pagaden branch.
Methode that used on this research are descriptive and verification
method. All data was getting from library study, questionnaire, and observation,
and to analyze data we used rank spearman and help with the SPSS 11.0 for
Windows program. The research has got about 100 sample of correspondence
with error percent is 10%.
The results of this research show that the relation for service quality with
company image has viewed between two variable was very strong and one way.
influence of service quality for company image was getting value for 41,60%, and
the remains for 58,40% influence by the other factor like company comunication
and customer loyalty. It means that if quality is nice, it will be influence the
company image of PD. BPR Subang pagaden branch will be very nice too
