Quality is an asset wich can gives their own value in cosumer eye to help them to
interpreteng information which related to quality and product Quality of product
basically is a result of view or perception of consumer to certain product which based of
accurate perception and consideration. So it can assign value, quality of product have to
be managed better by paying attention important dimensions, for example : Performance,
feature, realbility, specification to conformance, durability, aestetic, perceived of quality.
Quality of good product will affect to how easy to take a decision making of purchasing
by consumer. Decision of purchasing is a decision who taken by buyer candidate
someone concerning certainty buy or not.
Purposes and object of this research is to know about responder comments in
BEC Bandung to quality of product samsung phone cellular, to know the level decision of
purchasing of consumer to product phone cellular of samsung, and to know how big
influence the quality of product to decision of purchasing of consumer at samsung phone
cellular product.
This research is used the descriptive method and verifikatif.the Descriptive
research used to obtain and toget a view about the quality product and decision of
purchasing of consumer. While research of verifikatif conducted to know the relation
between variable by using calculations of statistic. Data compilation of skripsi obtained
with bibliography study, interview, observation, and spreading of kuesioner and to
analyse data is using the program of SPSS 11.0 For Windows. Survey take sampel
counted 90 responder with mistake level 10%.
Pursuant to research known that relation level is between the variable of quality
of product and decision of purchasing strength and is unidirectional. Influence of quality
of product to decision of purchasing of consumer obtained result of equal to 50,7% what
enough mean, and the rest 49,3% influenced by the other factor. So, better the Quality of
product gives to it means also better the decision making by the consumer to the samsung
cellular phones.
