Penelitian dilakukan pada PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop. 2 Bandung. Fenomena terkait kualitas sistem informasi electronic office diantaranya keraguan keamanan data pegawai, integrasi data lambat, ketidaknyamanan akses jaringan, serta penggunaan sitem informasi belum menyeluruh baik pengetahuan dan adaptasi sehingga impak pada kinerja individual belum optimal.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kualitas sistem informasi electronic office, tanggapan pegawai atas kualitas informasi, tanggapan pegawai mengenai kinerja yang didukung sistem electronic office, dan menguji pengaruh kualitas sistem informasi electronic office dan kualitas informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif. Metode deskriptif untuk menggambarkan kualitas sistem informasi electronic office, kualitas informasi dan kinerja pegawai. Unit analisis penelitian ini adalah Pegawai PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop. 2 Bandung berjumlah 57 orang dengan metode pengambilan sample jenuh. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 13 For windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas sistem informasi electronic offfice berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kualitas informasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Kualitas sistem informasi electronic office berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas informasi. Kualitas sistem informasi electronic offfice dan kualitas informasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

This research take place in PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero), Daop. 2 Bandung. The application of information systems electronic office at intended to enhance the efficient work in the field of employment. The phenomenon of quality information system electronic office related include personal employee data security concerns, data integration is slow, the inconvenience of access network, as well as the use of information systems electronic office has not been a thorough knowledge and adaptation so that either benefit or impact on the performance of the individual has not been optimal.The purpose of this research is to find out the quality of information systems electronic office, employee responses on the quality of information, employee responses on the performance of supported systems electronic officce, and examined the effect of the quality of information systems electronic office and the quality of information on employee performance.The method used in this research are descriptive and verification. Descriptive method to describe the quality of information systems electronic office, quality of information and employee performance. Analysis unit in this research are 57 respondents as employees PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daop. 2 Bandung with saturated sampling method. Methods of data analysis using path analysis (path analysis) supported by SPSS 13 For windows.The results showed that the quality of information system electronic office significant effect on employee performance. Quality of information significantly influence employee performance, quality of information systems electronic office have a significant effect on the quality of information. quality information system electronic office and quality of information simultaneously significant effect on employee performance.
