Penerapan Software Aplikasi Pengawasan Kredit (C-M@X) PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Barat & Banten (DJBB) pada setiap UPJ. yang dimaksudkan untuk memudahkan pekerjaan karyawan (user) dan lebih mengefisiensikan waktu para karyawan (user), dan hasilnya memang sangat berpengaruh baik terhadap kemampuan kerja, kedisiplinan kerja, bersamaan dengan penerapan Software Aplikasi tesebut atau Variabel X terjadi peningkatan hasil kerja pada Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan (user) atau Variabel Y. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Software Aplikasi tersebut yang sedang berjalan, tanggapan karyawan atas implementasi Software Aplikasi tersebut, Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan (user) pada UPJ. Bandung Utara setelah menggunakan Software Aplikasi tersebut, dan menguji pengaruh kualitas Software Aplikasi tersebut terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan (user) UPJ. Bandung Utara.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif. Metode deskriptif digunakan untuk mengetahui Kualitas Software Aplikasi dan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan (user), sedangkan metode verifikatif digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara Kualitas Software Aplikasi dan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan (user). Selanjutnya untuk mengetahui Software Aplikasi Pengawasan Kredit (C-M@X) yang sedang berjalan menggunakan metode pendekatan terstruktur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang (user) yang dijadikan sebagai sampel, dengan demikian disebut teknik sampling atau sensus. Metode dalam pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson product momen, dengan menggunakan program Mc. Excel 2007 dan SPSS 14.0 for Windows.
Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa implementasi Kualitas Software Aplikasi Pengawasan Kredit (C-M@X) dalam setiap kategori dinyatakan baik begitu juga dengan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan (user) dalam setiap kategori dinyatakan baik. Software Aplikasi tersebut berpengaruh positif terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan (user) UPJ. Bandung Utara. Dibuktikan dengan hasil pengujian dasar pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan probabiltas (nilai sig.) sebesar 0,00 dengan tingkat signifikan 1% yang berarti

The method used in this research is descriptive and verification. Descriptive method used to findout the Quality of Application Sofware and Productivity of Employee (users), while the verification method used to determine the influence of Quality of Application Sofware and Productivity of Employee (users). Furthermore, to findout the Application Software which is running using a structured approach. The population in this study as many as 30 people (users) that were used as samples, thus called techniques sampling or census. In data collection methods used are observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis, to analyze the data using Pearson product moment correlation test, using of program Mc. Excel 2007 and SPSS 14.0 for Windows.
The result stated that the implementation of Credit Control Application Software (C-M@X) in each category are expressed both as well as the Productivity of Employee (user) in each category are otherwise well.
