This research has explained about role of AIPAC as a Lobby institution to
affect tThe United States foreign politic and policy in The Middle-East. From this
Study we can get two different Variabels: AIPAC’s Lobby as Independent
Variabel and United States foreign policy in The Middle-East as a Bound
Variabel.
For this time AIPAC and United States becoming a main object for this
study, with the application from System Theory. Beside that, The System Theory
has used as a view to analyze this research, because in this case we can not only
discuss about the State actor (United States) but we must learn Non-State actor
(AIPAC) and Middle-East as a unity in international system. Library Research
has used for collecting data, and finally we can get the hypotesis : “AIPAC lobby
had an influence to U.S foreign policy, beause there is a same U.S Foreign
Policy for Middle-East with AIPAC’s agenda, especially in U.S foreign aid in
economic and millitary for Israel”
