Stroke merupakan kelainan fungsi otak yang timbul secara mendadak yang disebabkan karena terjadinya gangguan peredaran darah otak dan bisa terjadi pada siapa saja dan kapan saja. Pasien stroke memerlukan perawatan intensif dengan tirah baring total yang berdampak pada faktor signifikan penyebab dekubitus. Dekubitus adalah area jaringan nekrosis yang muncul ketika jaringan lunak tertekan antara tulang yang menonjol dan permukaan eksternal (tempat berbaring) dalam waktu yang lama, yang disebabkan oleh tekanan, toleransi jaringan dan faktor lainya. Perawatan kulit dengan Olive Oilmerupakan salah satu upaya mencegah dekubitus. Desain penelitian ini mennggunakan Quasy Experiment (post test with control group desaign). Tujuan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi Pengaruh Olive Oil Terhadap Dekubitus Pada Pasien Stroke di Ruang Melati RSD dr. Soebandi Jember dengan sampel 30 responden, 15 responden diberlakukan penggunaan Olive Oil dan 15 responden kelompok kontrol menggunakan Virgin Coconut Oil lalu di observasi setelah 3 hari penggunaan. Teknik sampling menggunakan quota sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 15 responden yang menggunakan Olive Oil tidak terjadi dekubitus. Sedangkan 15 responden yang menggunakan Virgin Coconut Oil, terdapat 1 orang (6,6%) didapatkan dekubitus. Hasil uji statistik di dapatkan kesimpulan karena nilai probabilitaslebih besardari alpha 5%(Pvalue = 0,775) dan telah mempertimbangkan homogenitas uji levenne test dari kelompok Olive Oil danVirgin Coconut Oil terhadap variabel umur, hemoglobin dan albumin, maka hipotesis null di terima yang artinya tidak ada perbedaan kejadian dekubitus antara kelompok Olive Oil danVirgin Coconut Oilpada pasien stroke di ruang Melati RSD dr. Soebandi Jember.

The purpose of the study to identify the influence of Olive Oil Against Dekubitus On Stroke patients at the Jasmine at Dr. Soebandi Jember with 30 sample respondents, 15 respondents enforced the use of Olive Oil and the control group respondents using Virgin Coconut Oil then in observation after 3 days of use. The sampling technique using the quota sampling. The results showed 15 respondents who use Olive Oil isn't happening dekubitus. While the 15 respondents who use Virgin Coconut Oil, there were 1 people (6.6%) obtained dekubitus. The results of statistical tests in the get the conclusion because the value of the probability is greater than 5% alpha (Pvalue = 0,775) and has considered its homogeneity test levenne test of Olive Oil and Virgin Coconut Oil against the variables age, hemoglobin and albumin, then the null hypothesis in the receipt means that there is no difference in incidence between dekubitus Olive Oil and Virgin Coconut Oil on stroke patients at the Melati room at dr. Soebandi Hospital, Jember.
