Owned capital possessed by employee cooperation at PT. Telkom’s DIVRE III office Bandung is still lower than capital coming from the cooperation’s extern. This condition will certainly reduce income as it has burden to repay its debt. The purpose of this study is to know the growth of the cooperation capital, the growth of the cooperation member credit, and to know how large the influence of capital on giving credit to the PT. Telkom employee cooperation’s member at DIVRE III office Bandung. In this study, type of method used was using is descriptive method and quantitative method. Descriptive method was used to know the growth of capital cooperation and giving credit to employee from 2002 until 2006. Quantitative method was used to know how large the influence of capital to giving credit. Gathering technical research was to do that is library research, field research to consist of interview and observation Hypothesis test the value of tcount was obtained larger than ttable meaning that capital cooperation to credit has very strong influence or one direction relation with each other between X and Y variable.
