Pada era globalisasi saat ini, persaingan antara wirausahawan semakin ketat. Para wirausahawan dihadapkan pada berbagai peluang dan ancaman, baik yang berasal dari luar maupun dari dalam perusahaan, yang akan memberikan pengaruh cukup besar terhadap kelangsungan hidup usaha.Terdapat berbagai sentra industri yang berada di wilayah Kota Bandung, baik dari bidang sandang, pangan, maupun perlengkapan lainnya. Salah satunya adalah sentra industri roti yang berada di Gang Babakan Rahayu, Kelurahan Kopo, Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tanggapan pengusaha di daerah Kopo terhadap orientasi kewirausahaan, kompetensi kewirausahaan, serta keunggulan bersaing dan bagaimana pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan bagaimana mempengaruhi kompetensi kewirausahan terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Penarikan sampel adalah sampling jenuh atau sensus terdiri. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif yang terdiri dari analisis regresi linier berganda. Analisis korelasi, dan koefisien determinasi yang digunakan untuk mengkuantifikasi ukuran Orientasi Kewirausahaan dan kompetensi kewirausahaan terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis deskriptif untuk variabel orientasi kewirausahaan ada pada kategori cukup baik, variabel kompetensi kewirausahaan memiliki kategori yang cukup baik, dan untuk variabel keunggulan bersaing memiliki kategori cukup baik. Untuk analisis verifikatif dijelaskan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan kompetensi kewirausahaan yang secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing.Selain itu secara simultan Orientasi Kewirausahaan dan kompetensi kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing

In the current era of globalization, the competition between entrepreneurs is getting tougher. The entrepreneurs are faced with various opportunities and threats, both from outside and from within the company, which will give a big influence on business survival.There are various industrial centre located in the area of Bandung. One of them is the bread industrial centre located in Gang Babakan Rahayu, Kopo, Bandung. The aim of this study is to find out how the response of entrepreneurs in Kopo region to entrepreneurship orientation, entrepreneurship competence, and competitive advantage and how much influence of entrepreneurship orientation to competitive advantage and how much influence of entrepreneurial competence to competitive advantage.Sampling method used is a saturated or census sampling. The method of analysis in this study using descriptive and verificative analysis consisting of multiple linear regression analysis. Correlation analysis, and coefficient of determination used to measure the magnitude of the effect of the Entrepreneurship Orientation and Entrepreneurship competence to competitive advantage. The results of research based on descriptive analysis for Entrepreneurship Orientation, Entrepreneurship Competence and Competitive Advantage variables have a good enough category. Correlation test results show that the Entrepreneurship Orientation and Entrepreneurship Competence has a significant effect on Competitive Advantage.The hypothesis resulted that existence of Entrepreneurship Orientation and Entrepreneurship Competence partially have significant effect to Competitive Advantage. In addition, simultaneously the Orientation of Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurship Competence affect the Competitive Advantage.
