Usaha berskala kecil atau bisa disebut Usaha Kecil Menengah ( UKM ) telah banyak berdiri dan menawarkan bermacam Ãâ macam produk atau jasa yang dibutuhkan konsumen, yang mana salah satunya adalah sentra kaos yang terdapat di kawasan Suci Bandung, penulis merasa tertarik untuk meneliti permasalahan yang terjadi, berdasarkan survey awal yang disebar penulis terdapat permasalahan tentang pelaksanaan orientasi kewirausahaan dan Inovasi Bisnis di Sentra UKM tersebut.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tanggapan responden yang merupakan pemilik toko di Sentra UKM kaos Suci bandung, terhadap Orientasi Kewirausahaan dan Inovasi Bisnis terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan (Survey Pada Sentra UKM kaos di kawasan Suci Bandung) dan mengukur indikator-indikator dari Orientasi Kewirausahaan dan Inovasi Bisnis terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan (Survey Pada Sentra UKM kaos di kawasan Suci Bandung).Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan persamaan korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan t statistik untuk menguji hipotesis secara parsial serta f statistik untuk menguji pengaruh variabel secara bersama-sama dengan tingkat signifikan lima persen.Dari uji hipotesis dinyatakan bahwa Orientasi Kewirausahaan dan Inovasi Bisnis mendapatkan tanggapan yang positif dari para pemilik toko disentra UKM kaos di kawasan suci bandung. Variable Orientasi Kewirausahaan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan. Variable Inovasi Bisnis parsial berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan. Variable Orientasi Kewirausahaan dan Inovasi Bisnis berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan.

Small-scale businesses or can be called Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have a lot of standing and offers a wide - range of products or services required by customers, which one of them is located in the center of the shirt Sacred Bandung area, the authors were interested in examining the issues involved, based on the initial survey were distributed writers there are problems concerning the implementation of entrepreneurial orientation and Business Innovation in SME Centers tersebut.Tujuan this study was to determine the respondents are owners of SMEs shirt shop in the Sacred Center Bandung, against Orientation Entrepreneurship and Business Innovation on Firm Performance (survey in the SME centers in the region shirt Sacred Bandung) and measure indicators of Orientation Entrepreneurship and Business Innovation on Firm Performance (Survey on SME centers in the Holy shirts Bandung).The method used in this research is descriptive method verification. The analysis technique used is multiple regression correlation equation, the coefficient of determination and t statistic to test the hypothesis of partial and f statistic to test the effect of these variables together with a significant level of five percent.Hypothesis tests revealed that the orientation of Entrepreneurship and Business Innovation get a positive response from the shopkeepers disentra shirt SMEs in the sacred area of Bandung. Variable Orientation Entrepreneurship partially significant effect on company performance. Variable Business Innovation partially significant effect partially on Corporate Performance. Variable Orientation Entrepreneurship and Business Innovation simultaneously significant effect on the Company's Performance.
