Partisipasi Pengguna menunjukkan keikutsertaan pemakai dalambr /
pengembangan sistem informasi. Adanya partisipasi pengguna diharapkan dapatbr /
meningkatkan penerimaan sistem oleh pengguna. Sistem Informasi Akuntansibr /
(SIA) adalah kumpulan dari subsistem-subsistem yang saling berhubungan satubr /
sama lain, bekerjasama secara harmonis untuk mengolah data menjadi informasibr /
keuangan yang diperlukan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Di DJP terdapatbr /
sistem informasi akuntansi yaitu Sistem Informasi Keuangan, Kepegawaian danbr /
Aktiva (SIKKA) dan Modul Penerimaan Negara (MPN) untuk menghasilkanbr /
informasi yang lebih berkualitas. Sedangkan Informasi dikatakan berkualitasbr /
apabila memiliki ciri yaitu Akurat, relevan, tepat waktu, dan lengkap dan dapatbr /
digunakan baik bagi pihak internal maupun eksternal organisasi sebagai bahanbr /
pengambilan keputusan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruhbr /
Partisipasi Pengguna terhadap Penerapan SIA dan implikasinya pada Kualitasbr /
Informasi Akuntansi di KPP Pratama Bandung di Wilayah Kanwil Jabar I.br /
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif danbr /
verifikatif. Metode deskriptif digunakan untuk mengetahui gambaran masingbr /
masing Variabel yang diteliti. Sedangkan verifikatif dengan analisis jalurbr /
digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan dan pengaruh antara Partisipasi Penggunabr /
dan Penerapan SIA terhadap Kualitas informasi. Pengujian statistik yangbr /
digunakan adalah perhitungan korelasi Person Product Moment, koefisienbr /
determinasi, uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan software SPSS 14.0 for windows.br /
Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan Partisipasi Pengguna berpengaruhbr /
terhadap Penerapan SIA secara signifikan sebesar 31,4%. Selain itu keduabr /
variabel tersebut, berpengaruh secara Parsial dan Simultan terhadap Kualitasbr /
informasi. Pengaruh Partisipasi Pengguna terhadap Kualitas Informasi Melaluibr /
Penerapan SIA sebesar 34,8%.

User participation is used to indicate the user's participation in the development ofbr /
information systems. The participation of users is expected to increase the system acceptancebr /
by the user. Then Accounting Information Systems (AIS) is a collection of subsystems that arebr /
interconnected with each other and work together harmoniously to process financial databr /
into financial information required in decision-making process. In the DJP accountingbr /
information systems is MPN and SIKKA to produce higher quality information. While thebr /
information if the quality is said to have characteristics such that, Accurate, relevant, timely,br /
and complete that can be used for both internal and external parties as a material corporatebr /
organizations the decision-making. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of userbr /
participation to the implementation of SIA and its implications on the Quality of Accountingbr /
Information in the KPP Pratama Bandung in West Java Regional Office of Region I.br /
The method used in this research is descriptive method and verifikatif. Descriptivebr /
methods are used to find a picture of each variable studied. While verifikatif with pathbr /
analysis used to determine the relationship between User Participation and Application ofbr /
SIA to the quality of information. To determine the effect of user participation to thebr /
implementation of SIA and its implications on the Quality of Accounting Information usedbr /
statistical tests. The test statistic used is the calculation of Person Product Momentbr /
correlation, coefficient of determination, hypothesis test using the software SPSS 14.0 forbr /
windows.br /
The results of this study indicate the User's participation affect the application of SIAbr /
significantly by 31.4%. Besides these two variables, was effect partial and Simultaneous tobr /
the quality of information. Effect of User Participation on the Quality of Informationbr /
Through the application of SIA (indirectly) by 34,8%.
