Peningkatan produktivitas kerja karyawan dan keselamatan kesehatan kerja adalah aspek utama yang diperhatikan oleh setiap perusahaan. Beberapa yang menjadi masalah adalah tempat kerja yang tidak layak, hal ini dapat mengarah kepada bahaya yang dapat timbul di tempat kerja itu sendiri, kesehatan pekerja yang rendah, dan menurunnya produktivitas kerja dari karyawan. Program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja merupakan salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keselamatan kesehatan kerja terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan di PT Pindad (Persero). Dalam penelitian ini, keselamatan kesehatan kerja merupakan variabel bebas (X) dan produktifitas kerja karyawan merupakan variabel terikat (Y). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan metode survey. Dengan jenis serta metode penelitian tersebut, analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi, uji korelasi dan uji hipotesis. Penelitian ini Tabel Krejcie untuk menentukan sampel. Dengan menggunakan tabel Krejcie bisa dilihat berapakah responden yang akan dijadikan sample. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 140 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT Pindad (Persero). Hasil dari uji regresi linier sederhana, diperoleh persamaan Y = 33,867 + 0,209 X dengan R-Square sebesar 0,603. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas kehidupan kerja memberikan pengaruh sebesar 60,3% terhadap produktifitas kerja, sedangkan sebesar 39,7% produktifitas kerja dipengaruhi oleh hal lain lainnya seperti sikap kerja, kepemimpinan, pegawasan, manajemen produktifitas dan efisiensi tenaga kerja sehingga yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Maka dari itu, dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh keselamtan kesehatan kerja terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan di PT Pindad (Persero). Increased employee productivity and occupational health safety is the main aspect to be taken by each company. Some of the problem is a workplace that is not feasible, this can lead to hazards that can arise in the workplace itself, health workers are low, and decreased work productivity of employees. Occupational health and safety program is an effort to improve employee productivity. This study aims to determine the effect of occupational health safety to employee productivity at PT Pindad (Persero). In this study, occupational health safety is the independent variable (X) and employee productivity is the dependent variable (Y). This research is a quantitative research method used is descriptive method and survey method. By type and method of the study, data analysis used is descriptive analysis, a classic assumption test, regression test, correlation and hypothesis testing. This study Table Krejcie to determine the sample. By using krejcie table can be seen what will be the sample of respondents. The sample in this study were 140 respondents who are employees of PT Pindad (Persero). Results of simple linear regression, obtained by the equation Y = 33.867 + 0.209 X with R-Square of 0.603. It shows that the variable quality of work life of 60.3% impact on work productivity, while labor productivity by 39.7% influenced by other things such as work attitude, leadership, supervision, management of labor productivity and efficiency so that is not explained in this study. Therefore, it can be seen that there are significant health salvation to employee productivity at PT Pindad (Persero). Keywords: Occupational Health Safety, Work Productivity.
