Training is a process with systematic to change an employees behavior to achieve organization goals. While Career development is a process and activity to prepare an employees to sit in available position in organization or company for the next future. The objectives of this research is to know : (1) Training at direction office PT. Pos Indonesia Bandung, (2) Career development at direction office PT. Pos Indonesia Bandung, (3) Influence Training to Career development at direction office PT. Pos Indonesia Bandung. Method which is used in this research is method of survey and explanatory research descriptive used to know influence of training to career development and verification used to test its statistic. Taken respondent counted 60 employees witch technique of sample the taken is sampling random sample. Data collection technic using interview, observation, and questioner . Data analysis using excel and SPSS 14 for windows program. Result of this research show that training in PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) in a good categorize which is the value of total respondent is 2340 or 78 % inside of interval between 68 % -
