Fenomena munculnya Good Corporate Governance mulai hangat karena sering diwacanakan karena meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat, stakeholder, pemerintah maupun manajemen perusahaan itu sendiri akan perlunya suatu sistem yang baik dalam meningkatkan transparansi. Dan untuk meningkatkan kualitas manajemen perusahaan guna mendukung penerapan Good Corporate Governance sering diaplikasikannya metode tambahan salah satunya Total Quality Management. Good Corporate Governance dan Total Quality Management menjadi berkembang diberbagai perusahaan baik yang sifatnya publik maupun swasta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan total quality management dan good corporate governance terhadap kinerja perusahaan di sungwoo hitech co., ltd. busan korea selatan. Model penelitian diuji dengan data yang diperoleh dari 100 responden dengan menggunakan metode regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dari variabel penerapan total quality management dan variabel good corporate governance terhadap kinerja perusahaan.

The phenomenon of the emergence of good corporate governance began to warm as often discoursed because of the rising of peopleÃâs awarness, stakeholders, government also the management of the company itself about the necessary of a good system which could increase transpiration. For that reason in order to increase the quality of management of the company Good Corporate Governance is applied and also in order to make it better the Total Quality Management is also used. The Total Quality Management and Good Corporate Governance is becoming to advance in public companies or private companies. The goal of this researce is to discover the effect of total quality management and good corporate governance application to the performance of the company in Sungwoo Hitech co., Ltd Busan, South Korea. The model of this research is examined by data which obtained from 100 respondent with using multiple regression. The result showing that there is positive influence from the total quality management variable and good corporate governance variable to the performance of the company.
