Penggunaan sistem informasi dimaksudkan agar pelayanan bisa menjadi lebih cepat, akan tetapi tidak semua masyarakat mengetahui adanya sistem informasi e-paspor tersebut. Masyarakat yang sedang ataupun akan membuat paspor, dapat menggunakan sistem informasi e-paspor tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem informasi e-paspor, pelayanan publik serta pengaruh sistem informasi e-paspor terhadap pelayanan publik tentang keimigrasian di Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Peneliti mengambil populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 312 orang. Setelah menggunakan rumus slovin untuk penentuan sampel maka peneliti mendapatkan sampel sebanyak 76 orang responden yaitu masyarakat pengguna sistem informasi e-paspor pada Bulan Mei 2009 – April 2010 di Kota Bandung. Penggunaan Sistem Informasi e-paspor sebesar 2964 dapat dikatakan baik, artinya penggunaan Sistem Informasi e-paspor dapat membantu masyarakat dalam pembuatan pra permohonan paspor. Pelayanan Publik tentang Keimigrasian di Kota Bandung sebesar 6247, termasuk pada kategori kurang, artinya pelayanan publik tentang keimigrasian di Kota Bandung kurang memuaskan kepada masyarakat. Hasil uji validitas dari 76 item pernyataan yang diantaranya item pernyataan tentang Penggunaan sistem Informasi e-paspor (Variabel X) dan Pelayanan Publik tentang keimigrasian di Kota Bandung dengan nilai r kritis 0.22 dan semua item pernyataan > 0.22 mendapatkan hasil yang valid. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan statistik diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi rank spearman sebesar 0.528 artinya hubungan Sistem Informasi e-paspor dengan pelayanan publik tentang keimigrasian termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Menurut perhitungan distribusi t maka taraf signifikan α=0.05 (5%) dan dk=76-2=74. Maka ttabel = 1.995, jadi thitung 5.39 > ttabel 1.995. artinya terdapat pengaruh Sistem Informasi e-paspor terhadap pelayanan publik tentang keimigrasian di Kota Bandung. Besarnya pengaruh penggunaan Sistem Informasi e-paspor terhadap pelayanan publik tentang keimigrasian di Kota Bandung sebesar 29%, artinya penggunaan Sistem Informasi e-paspor pengaruhnya kecil terhadap pelayanan publik tentang keimigrasian di Kota Bandung.

The use of the information system was meant so that the service could become faster, but not all the communities knew the existence of the information system e-passport this. The community that was or will make the passport could use the information system e-passport. The aim of this research was to know the information system e-passport, the public's service as well as the influence of the information system e-passport towards the public's service about immigration in the Bandung City. The method that was used in this research was the descriptive method by using the quantitative approach. The researcher took the population in this research totalling 312 people. After using the formula slovin for the determination of the sample then the researcher got the sample totalling 76 respondents that is the user's community of the information system e-passport in May 2009 Month - April 2010 in the Bandung city. The use of the Information System e-passport of 2964 could be it was said good, meaning that the use of the Information System e-passport could help the community in the production pre the passport request. The Public service about Immigration in the Bandung City of 6247, including in the category not all that, meaning that the public's service about immigration in the Bandung City was more unsatisfactory to the community. Results of the validity test from 76 item the statement that among them item the statement about the Use of the Information system e-passport (the X Variable) and the Public Service about immigration in the Bandung City with the value r kritis 0,22 and all item the statement > 0,22 got valid results. Was based on results of the calculation of statistics was received by the value of the correlation coefficient rank spearman of 0,528 meaning that Information System relations e-passport with the public's service about immigration including in the category was. According to the calculation of the distribution t then the significant level =0.05 (5%) and dk=76-2=74. Then ttabel = 1,995, so thitung 5,39 > ttabel 1,995. meaning that is gotten by the influence of the Information System e-passport towards the public's service about immigration in the Bandung City. The influence size of the use of the Information System epassport towards the public's service about immigration in the Bandung City of 29%, meaning that the use of the Information System e-passport his influence was small towards the public's service about immigration in the Bandung City.
