Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sentra Rajut Binong Jati . Dengan unit penelitian yaitu pada pengusaha di Sentra Rajut Binong Jati. Fenomena yang terjadi adalah kurangnya rasa kepercayaan diri pada pengusaha, serta terjadi perilaku egois terhadap pengusaha yang satu dengan yang lainya . Hal ini mungkin dipengaruhi oleh kurangnya pengetahuan karakteristik individu yang baik yang berorientasi terhadap keberhasilan usahanya sehingga masih tejadi persaingan yang tidak sehat . Tujuan dari penelitan ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Perilaku Kewirausahaan dan Karakteristik Individu terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha pada Sentra Rajut Binong Jati. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan verifikatif. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah pengusaha yang ada di Sentra Rajut Binong Jati yang berjumlah 200 orang pengusaha`sebagai populasi.tehnik sampling yang digunakan dengan menggunakan Slovin sehingga didapat 67 orang pengusah sebagai sample. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa dari Variabel Perilaku Kewirausahaan persentase skor jawaban yang diperoleh responden sebesar 65,9% termasuk ke dalam kategori “Cukup” . Sedangkan dari variabel Karakteristik Individu persentase skor jawaban yang diperoleh responden mengenai variabel Karakteristik Individu sebesar 65,8% termasuk ke dalam kategori “Cukup” . Dan dari variabel keberhasilan Usaha persentase skor jawaban yang diperoleh responden menegnai variabel Keberhasilan Usaha sebesar 75,9% termasuk ke dalam kategori “Baik”. Secara simultan perilaku kewirausahaan dan karakteristik individu terhadap keberhasilan usaha adalah sebesar 54,5%, sedangkan secara parsial perilaku kewirausahaan memberikan pengaruh sebesar 23,2% dan karakteristik individu memberikan pengaruh sebesar 31,3%.Dari hasil pembahasan penelitian di atas terdapat pengaruh antara Variabel Perilaku kewirausahaan dan Karakteristik Individu terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha , maka dari ke 3 point tersebut harus lebih di perhatikan dan di aplikasikan kedalam praktek kerja agar dapat bisa mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan di usahanya masing-masing.

This research methods in a descriptive verifikatif by approach .The analysis of the research is businessman who is in knitting center binong jati were 200 entrepreneur population.tehnik as the sampling method used by using slovin 67 until they reached the entrepreneur as sample .
