The program of Institutional Accounting System is a combinationn program between manual and computerization system and government accounting system, wich is by institutional unit in decebtralization of financial report of national budgeting. The Educational Service in Religion Department of Kota Bekasi is an institutional unit that assigned the employee to use the program, wich it can be a determinant factor in use of technology in implementing financial reporting process.
The aim of reseach is to find out an influence of administrators profile towards the implementation of perception of institution accounting system program in financial reporting procces in 2006. The method of the reseach is quantitative with approach by survey to 144 people respondent from 225 people population in the Religion Departement of Kota Bekasi.
The result shows that implementation perception of institutional accounting system program is influenced by work level, last education, and experience use Program Institutional Accounting System owned by administrators. While level of respondent perception toward the implementation of program about 12127.
