Sebelum menggunakan SAP PT. PLN (persero) Distribusi Jawa Barat dan Banten menggunakan Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian online (SIPEG online) yaitu sebuah sistem yang dipergunakan untuk pemeliharaan data kepegawaian. Kekurangan sistem ini adalah cara kerjanya tidak terpusat dari unit induk sehingga karyawan membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam pengolahan data. karena sistem ini belum dapat menunjang pekerjaan karyawan maka sistem ini di perbaiki lagi dengan menggunakan SAP (Sistem Application Product in Data Processing). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Program Aplikasi SAP terhadap Prestasi Kerja, kegunaan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberi infornasi seberapa besar pengaruh Program Aplikasi SAP terhadap prestasi kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif, Sedangkan dalam metode analisis menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Program Aplikasi SAP terhadap Prestasi Kerja digunakan pengujian statistik. Pengujian statistik yang digunakan adalah korelasi pearson, regresi linier dan koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Untuk memperoleh hasil analisa dengan perhitungan manual maka diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 12 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa responden memberikan respon yang baik sebesar 68,18% terhadap Program Aplikasi SAP dengan indikator yang paling baik menunjukan presentasinya yaitu keakuratan dan kehandalan sebesar 53,66% dan indikator yang menunjukan presentasi paling rendah yaitu keamanan sebesar 36,66%. Sedangkan pada prestasi kerja responden memberikan respon yang sangat baik yaitu sebesar 84,41% dengan indikator yang paling baik menunjukan presentasi kecakapan, kesungguhan dan waktu sebesar 43,33% dan indikator yang menunjukan persentasi paling rendah adalah indikator pengalaman sebesar 16,66%. Dari hasil korelasi sebesar 0,665 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 48,3%. Sehingga hipotesis yang didapat yaitu program aplikasi SAP berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja.

Before using SAP PT.PLN (persero) distribution West Java and Banten use information system of online officer (SIPEG Online) that is a utilized system for conservancy of officer data. Lacking of this system is the way of job not centrally from mains unit so that the employees require time old ones in data processing. Because since this system not yet eamed to support employees work hence this system in improve, repairing again by using SAP (system data processing). This research target is to know how big influence of application program of SAP to performance, usefulness from this research is to give information how big influence of application program of SAP to performance. Method used in research is descriptive method and verifikatif, while in method analyse to use quantitative method. To know influence of application program of SAP to performance used statistic testing. Statistic testing that used is pearson correlation, linear regression, determination coefficient, and hypothesis test. To obtain analysis result data tabulation used SPSS program version 12.0 for windows operating system. Based on this research, showed that the respondents gave a good response for 68.18% of the SAP Application Program with the best indicator of his presentation showed that the accuracy and reliability of 53.66% and the indicators that show the lowest presentation of the security of 36.66% . While on the job performance of respondents gave a very good response that is equal to 84.41% with the best indicators show presentation skills, seriousness and time for 43.33% and the indicators that show the lowest percentage is an indicator of experience of 16.66%. From the results of correlation of 0.665 and coefficient of determination equal to 48.3%. So that hypothesis, the parameter of the SAP application programs affect work performance.
