Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak di Kota Bandung, Profesionalisme dan komitmen organisasi merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai Account Representative. Fenomena yang terjadi dalam penelitian ini pada kinerja Account Representative yang belum sepenuhnya efektif, terlihat dari kualitas kerja Account Representative dalam melaksanakan tugasnya yaitu kurang maksimalnya pencapaian target kerja setiap bulan yang dibebankan kepada Account Representative. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan pengaruh profesionalisme dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Account Representative pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak di Kota Bandung. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengujian statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis korelasi, analisis koefisien determinan, uji hipotesis (uji t). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh profesionalisme terhadap kinerja pegawai Account Representative dan pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Account Representative.

This study was conducted at the Tax Office in Bandung, Professionalism and organizational commitment is one of the factors that affect the performance of Account Representative employees. The phenomenon that occurs in this research on Account Representative performance that has not been fully effective, Seen from the quality of Account Representative work in carrying out its duties is less maximal achievement of the target work every month that is charged to Account Representative. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of professionalism and organizational commitment to the performance of employees Account Representative at the Tax Office in Bandung. In this research use descriptive and verification method with quantitative approach. Statistical test used is multiple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, determinant coefficient analysis, hypothesis test (t test). The results of this study indicate the influence of professionalism on employee performance Account Representative and the influence of organizational commitment to employee performance Account Representative.
