Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perkembangan Quick Ratio dan laba bersih serta berapa besar pengaruh Quick Ratio (QR) terhadap laba bersih pada perusahaan sektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010 - 2011. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada perusahaan sektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010 - 2011. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Quick Ratio (QR) sebagai variabel X, sedangkan untuk variabel terikat (variabel Y) adalah laba bersih. Dalam penelitian ini jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang dipublikasikan Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). Data yang telah dikumpulkan diolah kembali untuk menghitung variabel bebas (Quick Ratio), kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji t, korelasi, dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif Quick Ratio (QR) terhadap laba bersih pada perusahaan sektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010 - 2011. Hasil koefisien determinasi (R2) yang disesuaikan tersebut menunjukkan laba bersih pada perusahaan sektor properti dan real estate dipengaruhi oleh Quick Ratio (QR) sebesar 11%. Sedangkan 89% merupakan kontribusi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Quick Ratio dan Laba Bersih.

This study aims to determine how the development of the Quick Ratio and net income as well as how much influence the Quick Ratio (QR) to net income in the corporate sector and the real estate properties listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange the period 2010-2011. The research was conducted on company property and real estate sector are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange the period 2010-2011. The independent variable in this study is the Quick Ratio (QR) as a variable X, while the dependent variable (Y variable) is net income. In this study the type of data used are secondary data published Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The data have been collected reprocessed to calculate the independent variables (Quick Ratio), then analyzed using simple linear regression. Testing this hypothesis using a t-test, correlation, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results based on the hypothesis test shows that there is positive Quick Ratio (QR) to net income in the corporate sector and the real estate properties listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange the period 2010-2011. The coefficient of determination (R2) indicates that the adjusted net income in the company's property and real estate sector is affected by the Quick Ratio (QR) of 11%. While 89% is contributed by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords: Quick Ratio and Net Income.
