Dalam pelaksanaan pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor perlu dilakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan kepada pegawainya, guna memperlancar dan meningkatkan kinerja dari para pegawainya. Karena Sistem Informasi Pembayaran pajak merupakan hal yang sangat penting guna membantu pegawai dalam mengerjakan tugas serta berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawainya. Tujuan untuk melihat apakah ada pengaruh sistem informasi dengan kinerja, kegunaan dari penelitian ini untuk memberikan masukan pada Samsat Tasikmalaya untuk lebih meningkatkan Sistem Informasi Pembayaran pajak kendaraan dan Kinerja pegawai. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dan Asosiatif. Sampel yang diambil adalah seluruh pegawai yang menangani Sistem Informasi pajak kendaraan di Tasikmalaya. Metode pengumpulan data adalah kuisioner dan data-data perusahaan. Untuk menegetahui presepsi responden digunakan skala likert. Untuk menguji kehandalan instrumen penelitian digunakan uji relibilitas α cronbach sedangkan uji validitas pertanyaan menggunakan analisis korelasi. Alat bantu yang digunakan adalah SPSS versi 12 dan Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden memberikan respon yang baik terhadap Sistem Informasi Pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor maupun Kinerja Pegawai. Dari hasil uji korelasi menunjukan nilai korelasi yang signifikan yang berarti ada pengaruh Sistem Informasi Pembayaran Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor secara online terhadap kinerja pegawai Samsat si Tasikmalaya.

In the tax payment execution of motor vehicle, socialization and training the employees to improve and increasing the workmanship are needed because the tax payment information system is an important thing to help the employees doing their job, it also influencing the employees workmanship to see whether there is the information system’s effect to the workmanship, the use of this research is to give the suggestion to Samsat Tasikmalaya to improve the information system of motor vehicles tax payment and the employees workmanship. The research method is using associative and descriptive ones. The taken samples are the whole employees who handle the tax information system of vehicles in Tasikmalaya. The data collectice method are by questionnaires and the company’s data’s. the likert’s scale is used to know the respondent’s perception to test the ability of research’s instrument is using α cronbach relibility test, and for testing the quistion’s validity is using corelation analysis. The device is using SPSS version 12 and execel. The research’s result is shown that the responden had given the good response to the information system of tax payment of motor vehicles or the employees workmanship. The result from the corelation test shown the significant corelation value which means that there are impacts on online information system of tax payment of motor vehicles to the Samsat’s employees workmanship in Tasikmalaya.
