Solvabilitas dan Profitabilitas adalah salah satu faktor utama untuk memaksimumkan nilai perusahaan. Tetapi masalah yang terjadi pada perusahaan Properti dan real estate yaitu ketika perusahaan mengalami kenaikan Debt to Assets Ratio dan Return On Equity, sedangkan Price to Book Value yang dibagikan perusahaan cenderung kecil atau turun.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari seberapa besar pengaruh Debt to Assets Ratio terhadap Price to Book Value, dan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Return On Equity terhadap Price to Book Value pada perusahaan sektor Properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.Metode penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode regresi linear berganda. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu 65 laporan keuangan sektor Properti dan real estate terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2012-2016. Metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan yaitu metode purposive sampling.Hasil hipotesis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Debt to Assets Ratio memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap Price to Book Value. Return On Equity memilki pengaruh yang positif terhadap Price to Book Value, perusahaan sektor Properti dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 20122016.

Solvency and Profitability of the company are key factors in determining the amount of the firm value. But the problems that occurred in the sector Property and Real Estate company when the company is experiencing a rise in Solvency and Profitability, while Price to Book Value distributed by companies tend to be small or declined. The research was purpose to find out how much influence of Solvency to Price to Book Value. To find out how much incluence of Profitability to Price to Book Value in the Property and Real Estate companies that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange.The research method is using descriptive and verificative method. The analysis method using multiple regression analysis. The sample in this study were 65 of financial statements of Property and Real Estate companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange on Period 2012-2016. The sample is using purposive sampling method. The result of hypothesis tested in this study conclude that Solvency have positive significant effect on Price to Book Value. Profitability have the positive significant effect to Price to Book Value in the various industries that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange on Period 2012-2016.
