UMKM saat ini, dihadapkan pada berbagai permasalahan seperti aksesibilitas, manajemen, permodalan, teknologi, bahan baku, infrastruktur, kemitraan, informasi dan pemasaran. Beragamnya permasalahan yang dihadapi UMKM, permodalan dan manajemen menjadi permasalahan yang serius dalam meningkatkan kinerja UMKM di koperasi PUMITA. Penelitiaan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi ekonomi berbasis syariah dan strategi bisnis terkait dengan peningkatkan kinerja UMKM di koperasi PUMITA. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh strategi ekonomi berbasis syariah dan faktor strategi bisnis terhadap kinerja UMKM di koperasi PUMITA Busan, Korea Selatan. Jumlah Anggota PUMITA sebanyak 35 orang namun populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 20 responden sebagai anggota aktif PUMITA di Busan, Korea Selatan. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan sampel yang menggunakan seluruh populasi sebanyak 20 responden anggota aktif PUMITA. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa (1) pengaruh strategi ekonomi berbasis syariah masih kurang berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja UMKM di koperasi PUMITA, (2) Strategi bisnis memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja UMKM di koperasi PUMITA.

Micro, Small, and Medium Businesses faced with many kind of accessibility, management, capital, technology, raw material, infrastructure, partnerships, information, and marketing issues. In such issues, capital and management are two of the most serious issues in order to improve the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Businesses in PUMITA cooperative. This research aims to discover the influence of sharia-based economy and business related strategy with the improvement of the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Businesses in PUMITA cooperative. The purpose is toknow the result how influence of sharia-based economic strategy and business strategy factor on the performance of micro,small,and medium businesses of PUMITA cooperation in Busan,South Korea. Total member of PUMITA is 35 persons,but the population of this research is 20 respondents as active members of PUMITA in Busan,South Korea. This was done using sample which uses all of the population of 20 active members of PUMITA respondents. The analysis uses in this research is decriptive and verivicative analysis with qualitative method. The analysis model uses in this research is multiple linier regresion analysis. The result of the hypothesis examination in this research shows that (1) performance of sharia-based economy strategy is not influence to the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Businesses, (2) business strategy has a positive influence to the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Businesses.
