Masalah yang terjadi pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman di Indonesia adalah semakin ketatnya persaingan yang dihadapi karena banyaknya perusahaan yang sejenis. Menghadapi persaingan yang ketat, maka setiap perusahaan memerlukan dana dalam menjalankan seluruh kegiatan. Dana ini yang disebut struktur modal, struktur modal terdiri dari modal pinjaman dari pihak lain. Dengan pinjaman modal maka perusahaan bisa memproduksi barang dengan jumlah yang besar.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: Perkembangan struktur modal, perputaran modal kerja dan profitabilitas, Pengaruh struktur modal dan perputaran modal kerja terhadap profitabilitas baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis dilakukan dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda dan asumsi klasik. Pengujian hipotesisnya dengan menggunakan uji t dan F, tingkat signifikan 5%.Kesimpulan dari hasil analisis statistik adalah struktur modal dan perputaran modal kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Secara parsial hanya perputaran modal kerja yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Sedangkan struktur modal tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.

Problem that occurred in the food and beverages industry in Indonesia is the rivaly between the company in this industry becoming more tight and more competitive. So to face this competition, every company need to increase their fund to improve the efficiency and effectivity of the company. This fund is called the capital structure consist of the borrowed capital/investment from the investor, with this borrowed capital/investment, the company can increase their productivity and improve their performance.The purpose of this research is to know: the development of capital structure, current assets turnover, and profitability. The other purpose is to know the influence to capital structure and current assets turnover to the profitability, simultaneously or partially.The research methodology that used in this research is descriptive methods with quantitative approach. This methods is using the analytical regression technique and the class assumption. And for the examination of the hypotesis the writer used t test and F test, with α 5%.The conclusion from the statistical analysis showed that the capital structure and current assets turnover significantly influences the profitability, simultaniously. And for partially, only the current assets turnover that has significant influence to the profitability.
