Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dan struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam indeks saham LQ45 di BEI tahun 2011-2013. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 22 perusahaan yang didapat melalui metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan tingkat signifikan 5%. Berdasarkan persamaan regresi linier berganda NP = 2.201 + 0.251 TJSP – 0.035 SM. Variabel tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan sebagai variabel independen tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen nilai perusahaan dikarenakan nilai signifikansi lebih besar dari 0.05. Dengan demikian hipotesis 1 yang menyatakan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan ditolak. Sedangkan variabel struktur modal yang juga variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen nilai perusahaan karena nilai signifikansi lebih rendah dari 0.05. Hipotesis 2 yang menyatakan bahwa struktur modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan diterima. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bukti empiris bahwa variabel tanggung jawab sosial perusahaantidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan variabel struktur modal berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility and capital structure on firm value. The population of this research is a company registered in LQ45 stock indexes on the Stock Exchange in 2011-2013. The samples used were 22 companies that obtained through purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with a significant level of 5%. Based on the multiple linear regression equation CV = 2.201 + 0.251 CSR – 0.035 CS. Variable corporate social responsibility as an independent variable has no significant effect on the dependent variable because the value of the company significance value greater than 0.05. Thus the first hypothesis stating corporate social responsibility significant effect on the value of the company was rejected. While variable capital structure independent variables also have a significant effect on the dependent variable value of the company because of significant value lower than 0.05. Hypothesis 2 stated that the capital structure have a significant effect on firm value received. Based on the results obtained by empirical evidence that social responsibility perusahaantidak variables affect the value of the company. While the capital structure variables affect the value of the company.
