Pertumbuhan Laba merupakan rasio yang menunjukan kemampuan perusahaan dalam meningkatkan laba bersih dengan cara membandingkannya dengan laba bersih tahun sebelumnya. Faktor utama yang dapat meningkatkan Pertumbuhan Laba yaitu Total Asset Turnover dan Net Profit Margin. Tetapi masalah yang terjadi pada perusahaan sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi pada saat nilai Total Asset Turnover dan Net Profit Margin meningkat, Pertumbuhan Laba menunjukkan penurunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besar pengaruh Total Asset Turnover terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba dan besar pengaruh Net Profit Margin terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu laporan keuangan perusahaan sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2011-2015 dengan 35 sampel laporan keuangan yang didapatkan melalui metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Total Asset Turnover berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba. Net Profit Margin berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba pada perusahaan sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 20112015.

Profit Growth is a ratio that shows the company's ability to increase net income by comparing it with the previous year's net income. The main factors that can increase Profit Growth is Total Asset Turnover and Net Profit Margin. But the problem that occurs in the company's Consumer Goods Industry sector when the value of Total Asset Turnover and Net Profit Margin increased, Profit Growth showed a decline. This study aims to determine the effect of Total Asset Turnover on Profit Growth and the influence of Net Profit Margin on Profit Growth. The research method used is descriptive and verification method. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The population of this study is the financial statements of companies in the Consumer Goods Industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2011-2015 with 35 samples of financial statements obtained through purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that Total Asset Turnover has a significant positive effect on Profit Growth. Net Profit Margin has a significant positive effect on Profit Growth in the Consumer Goods Industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2011-2015.
